The shower walls and tub had a prior guest hair on the walls and in the tub. The rest of the room seemed clean. Room service was very disappointing. No salt, items that should have been included with breakfast weren't. When checking in a little after midnight, the male front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we arrived. He just looked in our direction, picked up the phone and seemed to complete a call that had been on hold. The young lady beside him didn't acknowledge us either. We waited about 8 minutes before being served. Your standards seem to have lowered since our last visit. We are unlikely to return.

Clean room, really nice staff

The hotel was in a great location for snowmobiling! We had secured parking for our truck and trailer for our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable but had some issues with the temperature in the room (it was very warm) but that was it. The casino bar was great to watch the games and the main restaurant had some great food- the salmon and steak were to die for! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect time

The whole hallway smelled of paint, which caused a headache. The "room service" was closed when we got there and the pool closed at 10. The executive suite was cramped, the fridge tiny and there was no way to make tea. Also, breakfast wasn't included in the overrpriced room fee.

The staff was nice but the room prices are pricey and the restaurant prices are crazy expensive. At dinner, $25 for a small hamburger,$24 dollars for a club sandwich? Not what most snowmobilers want after a day on the trails. We won't be back.

We were there for 3 nights for a hockey tournament. Greatest hotel. Prestige rooms arena really nice and clean. Courteous staff. The kids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and water slide. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure!
