C'est un hôtel ok pour le prix mais sans plus. Aussi prenez note que le Spa n'est pas inclus seulement la piscine, ce qui a été une déception pour moi. Dans l'annonce Expedia on a l'impression que c'est gratuit, alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Aussi le check-in est tard.

Très déçu de mon expérience à l’Hôtel Universel. On paie un prix premium en s’attendant à une certaine qualité… mais au final, on se retrouve redirigé vers une chambre régulière sans réelle valeur ajoutée. Franchement, pour le prix payé, c’est loin d’être justifié. Le spa est petit, dépassé et clairement désuet. Rien de relaxant ni d’exceptionnel — surtout quand on compare avec d’autres établissements au même tarif. Bref, c’est beaucoup trop dispendieux pour la qualité offerte. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

We stayed for the kids to play on the slide which was closed. You should advertise that the slide is only open on Friday and Saturday - such a shame

The shower walls and tub had a prior guest hair on the walls and in the tub. The rest of the room seemed clean. Room service was very disappointing. No salt, items that should have been included with breakfast weren't. When checking in a little after midnight, the male front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we arrived. He just looked in our direction, picked up the phone and seemed to complete a call that had been on hold. The young lady beside him didn't acknowledge us either. We waited about 8 minutes before being served. Your standards seem to have lowered since our last visit. We are unlikely to return.

Clean room, really nice staff

The hotel was in a great location for snowmobiling! We had secured parking for our truck and trailer for our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable but had some issues with the temperature in the room (it was very warm) but that was it. The casino bar was great to watch the games and the main restaurant had some great food- the salmon and steak were to die for! Would definitely recommend!
