Not the best option but not the worst.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is in desperate need of remodeling and better maintenance. The towels had yellow stains on them, which was very unhygienic. The shower did not work properly, making it impossible to bathe. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them when I arrived. Cleanliness and basic room maintenance should be a priority for any hotel, but this property fell well below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a much better experience.

Place is fine for a quick stay. Gym needs some attention. Food is substandard. Not great. Lobby bar is nice and makes nice drinks. Very good location.

When we visit Cali we usually stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast is great. The location is very convenient with the mall and many shops close by.

This was my first time staying here everything was very good, the service was excellent, and breakfast was included I highly recommend it it’s very affordable and conveniently located For me, it’s the best place I’ve stayed in Cali.

The light in the room was out. The hairdryer was broken. I complained because the pillow smelled bad. It took more than 10 minutes for the hot water to come on in the bath every time. The instant coffee wasn't refilled until checked out. Desk was not wiped. I had terrible experience this time.
