This hotel was a disappointment. It was advertised to have AC. The A/C did not work well at all in our room and blew out warm air. If you are planning on staying in the summer that is definitely something to prepare for. The room is also very, very small for a couple with two suitcases. It was hard to even open the suitcases at all in the room. It is also advertised that there is an "airport shuttle" available. This is not the case. When we requested the airport shuttle, we were told that it wasn't actually a shuttle for them and that it goes to multiple hotels and can take hours. It is at least in a good location. For $400/night, I would have at least expected what was advertised by the hotel to be true.

Everything was good and especially the complementary bar in the room

This is an excellent location in Zurich. This is old town, great restaurants and shopping. Sit along the water and enjoy watching the swans and a cocktail. Staff are great..breakfast is amazing...everything you would want. The only down..was no AC but they provided fans and opening the windows and it was fine. Slept very well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel superbly located! Train, lake cruise, old town all a few minutes walk! So many food options right on the doorstep! Superbly clean and comfortable! Definitely recommended!

Great location friendly staff really good breakfast. Room was much smaller and basic than we expected.

Fantastic location just 5 mins from the main train station and on the same street as loads of great restaurants. Close to tram stops too. Reception staff were helpful and we were able to leave our bags as we arrived early and could also store them on the day we left. Family room was spacious and beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. A great hotel to base yourself from if exploring Zurich

Stayed 3 nights Sunday / Monday / Tuesday May 24 / May 25 and May 26 . No central air conditioning , and it was @ 30 C each day . Room was very small , bathroom was very small . A lot of $$$ spent for what we received . Not the best value .

Lovely hotel in perfect location. It was an easy and scenic walk to and from train station. Lots of great food options nearby. Hôtel gave complimentary apples, water and other assorted drinks. Breakfast had a good variety of options with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, variety of bread and pastries, yogurt and juices.

Centrally located. Amazing staff. Would have been great to have a kettle in the room though.

No parking close. Parked 5 min walk for 50 euros/night at hotels suggestion best option. Church bells next door rang all night long. Breakfast mediocre. Condition of bldg. waa worn. People were warm and welcoming.

Wry expensive city doesn’t worth the money.Charge big city tax as well as parking very expensive .Not really a lot of sigh seeing

Lovely centrally located traditionally built hotel. Rooms have everything you need - we only stayed one night on a stop over to Austria. Really helpful and welcoming staff - we arrived early to ask to leave our bags but were advised our room was ready so we were able to use it straightaway. Breakfast was a wider range than I was expecting which was a pleasant surprise and delicious too. I would recommend this hotel and it’s only about 10mins from main railway station.

La habitación estaba localizada frente al área donde se sirven los desayunos y en las mañanas la entrada y salida a esta área era muy ruidosa en la habitación.

Breakfast was included and very substantial. The room was perfect for my son and I. We loved the location and the atmosphere around us. Very nice stay. Will return if I can!
