If you are looking for the absolute best place to stay in Arequipa, look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, as it truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the excellent architecture and the inviting vibe of the property. It is beautifully designed, and the rooms are both impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Beyond the aesthetics, the hotel feels incredibly secure with 24-hour service and secure locks on the street-side doors, which provided great peace of mind throughout our stay. The location is perfect, especially if you’re booking local tours, as it serves as a convenient meeting point. While I didn’t personally have the chance to eat at the hotel restaurant, it consistently receives great reviews from other guests and certainly looked promising. For those with an early start for an excursion, the staff is more than willing to pack a lunch for you, which is a incredibly thoughtful and practical touch. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. The team here is genuinely helpful and clearly invested in ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. I have to give a special shout-out to Lario, who truly enhanced our entire experience; his hospitality was exceptional and made a lasting impression on us. River and Nicole were also wonderful and contributed to the welcoming, high-end service we felt every day. Whether you're here for the sights or just a relaxing getaway, this is the place to be. You should definitely stay here!

The best thing about this hotel is the excellent location. That‘s probably the most positive thing you can say about this hotel. The rooms are small. It‘s noisy outside and the windows are not keeping out the noise. The bathroom is really small - no place to put your hand towels. It was more or less clean. The bed was also big enough for two people. The breakfast is below average - very simply. I would not take any „hot“ food as it’s probably there for hours. In the kitchen is all the time really loud music - on top of the regular music in the breakfast room. The location is really great - If you are there for one night, it‘s a solid option as you can do everything by walking around. The building is also really nice. As it‘s noisy, the rooms are small, breakfast below average, loud noise inside the hotel - it‘s only a 3/5. It is a shame that the this hotel chain is not making more out of the premium location and building.

Our evening flight to Lima was cancelled so we checked in late and exhausted. The reception lady was absolutely charming, welcoming and so helpful. A delightful very affordable experience with an excellent adjoining restaurant. Superb location . We had to leave early in the morning to take a long drive and received a good breakfast at 6am served by the kindest man named Jaime. Will stay here again next year for sure!

This place was the old hotel for families to use when they visited their daughters at the monastery. It’s old but very nicely redone. Has a beautiful open air lounge and restaurant. The breakfast included I’m with the stay is incredible. A lot of choices, fresh fruit, hot options. The man at the breakfast service was very nice and welcoming and gave me a hug goodbye! He was also playing beautiful local style music at breakfast which made my day. The reception staff was also very helpful with storing my luggage and giving recommendations about local things for tourists to do.

The location is fantastic and the rooms are alright, but too many things went wrong during my brief stay for me to recommend this hotel. I checked in at 3pm, three hours after check-in began. The person at the front desk was polite and quickly processed me and handed me a key, but when I got up to the room, the door was wide open, the bed sheets were still ruffled from the previous tenant, and there was garbage on the floor. The maid’s cart was out front so I decided to give it 15 minutes for it to be cleaned…..45 minutes later, absolutely no movement. I didn’t even see the cleaning lady around, just the cart. I asked the person at the front desk for a new room and it took 20 minutes for her to find me something that was actually clean. During this time, I heard two different people come to the front desk to say that their room smelled strongly of chemicals/paint and that it was making their head hurt. When I got to my second room, the only window to the outside was actually a door to a balcony that was shared with another room, meaning that if I wanted fresh air while I slept, some random people may wander in. The next morning, I had the maid wander into my room without knocking at 9am - three hours before check-out.
