**There was a cockroach in the bathroom **They gave limited number of the towel **The reception refused to accept the credit card and asked for cash only

The room was in a good condition, the cleanliness i give it 3 over 5 but the AC was having annoying sounds when turned on

Property is not safe at all and they were painting the reception and elevator access which damaged my son t shirt . Also it’s noisy and at 1 am they have music very load and next room talking can be heard easily . The toiles sucks and very dirty and sink is full of water and the smoking smell is everywhere you can not sleep

We had a very bad experience, the hallway and the rooms smelled cigarettes. the management tried to fix the problem but were late and we had to pay for 2 nights (though we didn’t spend the night there) because the manager was on leave! Not recommended

Stayed there 2 nights. Average. I liked it, as it was ti restaurants and to all the places I needed to go to. Finding a close by parking spot in the street was sometimes a challenge. I would stay there again.

I had an excellent stay at 35 Rooms. The hotel was nice, the location was great, and they even upgraded me because they weren't full. Great people!
