Location is great. Safe and nice area. Close to all-mall, beach, restaurants or fast food or convenient stores. Their own restaurant was great so didn’t have to go out. My kids loved their breakfast. I would definitely stay here again should I go back to Veracruz.

One night stand only. Clean hotel but noisy since all the rooms face a large street. Otherwise service is friendly but for the cost there are better options.

I HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE BECAUSE OF EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS AND PRETTY EASY TO RETURN CAR RENTAL - 15 MINUTES TO AIRPORT. CLOSE TO GOOD RESTURANTS AND COFFEE HOUSES.

El personal muy amable 10/10, la habitación cómoda, la alberca la abren hasta las 9:30am, por el precio de cada noche deberían de tener por lo menos una pequeña cafetera como en la mayoría de los hoteles que hasta cortesía de café te dan, el baño es pequeño.

El hotel muy bien, su persona e instalaciones solo recomendaría que mejoraran el aislamiento de sus ventanas ya que al estar al pie de una avenida principal el ruido de los vehículos te despierta y llega a ser molesto

La habitación es muy amplia y confortable. Los servicios funcionaron bien. Solo había un poco de moho en una pared del techo. El personal fue muy atento y servicial. La ubicación del hotel esta muy bien.
