Un lugar esacto para la espera de mis trámites … seguro , limpio , tranquilo, y sobre todo cerca de los tres pasos para la visa… el personal muy atento y educado.. gracias ibis por mantenernos seguros en su hotel , fue mi hogar por 15 días 💕

We were unaware that the building is under construction The lobby was tiny and messy with one working elevator When I asked for a fork they grabbed an open cup with utensils they had next to them where the dust was falling into We were always missing breakfast items The bread was hard - definitely a few days old. Food was bland When asked for a microwave they said none was available I woke up to the sound of construction and if I was in my room during the day that’s also all I heard I was then moved to another room due to construction again The bathroom in the new room didn’t flush - we had to call for maintenance twice There was a huge roach in the room I left two days before planed and I was told I could not have a refund for the additional days I did not stay because I used a “discount page” aka Expedía even though I paid for insurance The shampoo and conditioner were watered down Not pleased for the full price I paid

Estaba en remodelación. Pero los cuartos limpios, el personal de limpieza es atento y amable, el servicio de desayuno y comidas son amables y atentos. La ubicación es excelente para citas consulares y médicas porque están a unos minutos caminando.

Quisiera expresar mi inconformidad respecto a mi reciente estancia en el hotel. Al llegar, me encontré con que el lobby estaba en remodelación y no contaban con aire acondicionado, lo cual resultó bastante incómodo. Además, no ofrecían servicio de desayuno debido a la misma razón, sin embargo, me cobraron dicho servicio sin haberlo consumido. Pagué por siete días completos, pero a los cinco días me hicieron un cobro adicional por las noches restantes, lo cual considero totalmente incorrecto y poco profesional, al revisar la factura fue en donde vi que me cobraron el desayuno. Debido a esta situación y a varios inconvenientes adicionales, decidí retirarme del hotel antes de completar mi estancia. Cabe mencionar que las condiciones del hotel eran muy deficientes: la tapa del baño estaba en muy mal estado, la puerta de la regadera estaba mojosa y no realizan limpieza diaria, lo que generó un ambiente poco higiénico y desagradable. En general, el servicio fue muy deficiente y no cumplió con las expectativas razonables para un establecimiento de su categoría. Espero que tomen en cuenta esta retroalimentación y realicen las mejoras necesarias para evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por una experiencia similar.

I arrive at the hotel June 24 the place was under construction no door no restaurant the exit doors were block no handles oh the stairs doors, elevator was getting stock often, the inside and outside was under construction , you can definitely hear everything your neighbors conversations and people on the hallway, I had an accident 3 years ago in a construction accident it resulted in an amputation and this place triggered my PTSD, plus it feels like someone pulls on the doors , I took pictures and videos of everything, they should advise people before they arrive of the situation

What I Liked I had an OK stay at Ibis Juárez. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, with plenty of clean towels provided. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. What Could Be Improved The biggest issue was that the room was very small, leaving little space to move around, and the shower was also quite cramped. In addition, the hotel is undergoing construction during my stay. There were workers throughout the property, construction materials were left in the hallways, and only one elevator was operating, which made getting around less convenient. The most disappointing part of my stay was that the air conditioner was not working. The room became very hot, especially during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope these issues are resolved once the renovations are complete because the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel are definite strengths.

El servicio al iniciar el check-in no me dieron la llave en cuanto entre les solicite una silla no había no había plancha y el desayuno malo

Never said they were under construction. The food service was always forgetting something. Food wasn’t great. And the front desk was no help for anything. WiFi connection was poor. No lobby to lounge. Only bright spot was the room cleaning services

The hotel is in a good location for everything we needed to do at the consulate. However, when we booked, no one informed us that the hotel was under construction. I think guests should be notified about that before booking. The hotel also does not have refrigerators in the rooms. I believe every hotel should at least provide a small fridge, especially for guests staying for longer periods. There is also no laundromat available, and only one elevator was working, which made it take forever to get to our room. My recommendation is to call ahead and confirm that the hotel has all the amenities you need. We ended up moving to another hotel nearby that offered these amenities. Most people staying in this area are there for at least two weeks, so at minimum the hotel should provide a small fridge and laundry facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were also very small.
