They didn't clean the room, just change towels, some towels with holes, toilet was splashed of feces for more than 3 days which means the didnt clean correct, i had to clean it, no ice machine in the entire hotel, they sale the ice at the lobby bar 50cents for 3cubes if ice, unbelievable, beverage were not cold in a hot city, the AC can not be lowered than 19 *C, they controlled, as a guest you can not controlled it, no matter what you complain. I won't stat here again, and I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely location even if the view is not amazing. Room nice, great breakfast. They are getting low stars for me because the staff wss not helpful and rude.

The brunch was fantastic as it was served until 1.30pm which is great when we had only arrived at 2am. Room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Excellent bathroom with plenty hot water and powerful hairdryer. You get a lot for your money. Would stay again.

My door key would only work once,so I had to go to reception everyday for 7days sometimes more than once Recetion staff did not deal with it by sorting maintenance

The only issue that I had was regarding the parking. I paid EUR 20 per day and I did not know that the parking was far away. We had to take the sidewalk with the bags and cross traffic lights, etc, And for our surprise the parking was 2 levels down with the elevator broken. We had to take the 50 lbs bags by stairs (2 floors). When I talked to the hotel, they said that they did not know that the elevator was broken.

Nice Hotel, good value good brunch and lovely views from bedrooms

Hotel is a short walk to the centre and beach which was fine but there are a few hills! First room we were offered looked out onto a brick wall with no balcony and no air however after upgrading we were delighted with room 1010 as it was at the end of the building so noise was a minimum. The pool is small but we didn’t once struggle for a sun bed. Breakfast was ok. I would stay again for a budget break away

Perfect clean rooms! Breakfast was amazing! Really easy to check in and check out. The place needs some maintenance and communal toilets need a touch up but that’s me being picky. Overall amazing, would definitely stay again!

Hotel was very clean, great location, large room, terrible air conditioning. The room was stuffy all night. Had the air turned to 19, that was as low as it would go,but the room temperature was at 23.5. Asked the front desk for a fan, told them the problem. They said they would send maintenance. Not sure if maintenance came or not because we went out. The shower had great pressure but the water at times came out scalding which I had to quickly move or I would have been burned. Check in took forever, lots of people in line to check in, but only 2 staff helping. Went to the bar to ask for a wine glass to bring to our room but they would not give me !!!

The room was tidy, with decent furniture and a balcony. The staff were always helpful and efficient at their jobs. The best part was the breakfast brunch, which ran from 7 am to 1:30 pm, offering a choice of breakfast and lunch, or you could pop in when you felt peckish. We definitely recommend this hotel, considering the above, and it was relatively easy to travel to via the train from the airport. Traveling around town was convenient as the hotel is located near the central square, and bus and train services are vast.

We only stayed overnight as it was near the airport after touring southern Spain. The Hotel was good with a nice breakfast (which they let us in early due to the flight time) and the room had a distant sea view which was nice. Parking was a bit of an issue to start with and as to be expected it was a bit noisy due to other guests, but it served our purpose well.

Great breakfast/brunch. Nice and clean. Fair walk from beach down some stairs, so fine for those able, but would be hard work for those that struggle walking.

Great hotel only issue there strict with there rules like no smoking on balcony and issue with not giving a glass,paper cups to take to ur room.and lifts are bit annoying,slow and small.other than that great hotel

Ok hotel, spacious rooms, access to a pool and sunloungers (no pool towels). Everywhere seemed clean until we found a toenail in the bedsheets. Sound insulation to the hallway wasn’t great, we were up since 6am. Breakfast was nice and we appreciated the long window. Good location to bus stop and shops, beach within walking distance. Did not interact with any staff - everything happened through automated check in desk and a digital key.
