A great place with an especially central location

The room was decent but not what I expected. Breakfast was decent but definitely better places to stay in the area. Very convenient location however but the part that gave me the ick was how many little flies were in the bathroom and I also found a spider hiding under the sink. If you plan to be out all day and spend very little time in the room, then it works.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good.

The AC could not be reduced in the room, so had to shiver all night and caught cold. Every thing else was great

Hotel was ideally located to see the majority of Mumbai’s sites. Staff were very helpful and keen to assist us with finding the right room when we arrived. Area was very safe to walk around and we were only a very short walk to the Gateway to India. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful. Close to some great restaurants that you can easily walk to, and the food is good. Very touristy. Downside was the hotel need a bit of maintenance.

This was my fourth stay at Suba Palace, and I was delighted to see that they have kept their standards high. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The staff are all courteous and professional, and the breakfast is amazing. I never stay anywhere else now. I’ve already booked my next stay. Keep up the good work.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Linens are dirty, there was one hour power outage in a hot summer day without any backups, bathroom are smelly and shower had no pressure. There is only one lift which is also used to transport cement bags along with customers (to construction area which obviously means noise throughout the day). My wife complained that patrons don’t even use tongs to grab food in the buffet and staff wasn’t enforcing it either.

The service from the staff was excellent! Very convenient location.
