Hotel with beautiful clean room. Very Modern. Staff was pleasant.

My wife got suddenly ill prior to check in and they were very accosting in helping us figure out heating cooling controls getting extra blankets and a bucket of ice getting an extension cord for my cpap machine to plug into and the chef served room service to my wife for the rice she requested due tomherbupset stomach snd did not charge go this. Also Amalia was able to secure a personal thermometer for my wife to use and again no charge there the most understanding snd helpful group of people I have ever met in hospitality locations. 10 stars are not enough. And guess what. She is better the next day I sm so grateful to them oh yes they have an absolute superior breakfast

Good place to stay near the Bari airport, some restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

I had to bring my wife at the last moment. No room change was requested, and I was fully transparent about arriving with my wife. However, I was charged additional fees despite there being no extra requirements or services needed for the room. These rooms are clearly designed to accommodate at least two people.

Excellent place to stay, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a wide variety of breakfast options. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I really enjoyed everything. The daily cleaning of the room and the cleanliness. The spa pool and jacuzzi, the massage which was really great. The restaurant and the way of reception and the excellent food and especially the excellent service and the attention to each person and their wishes with great love and politeness. I enjoyed the bar and the way of reception. The behavior and relationship of the staff and their complete attention to satisfaction and addressing all needs and requests. On the last day, I went to the airport with the hotel shuttle and I think this facility was also very excellent and good and made the return trip comfortable and peaceful. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel for putting the name Nicholas first in the title and its name, instead of using the word hotel first, which actually refers to the beloved Saint Nicholas of this city. I thought about it for a while and liked this respect and attention.

Place is a terrific choice in Bari. Large room, comfy beds, friendly staff and good food. We were on the 13th floor and had great views. I would definitely stay here again.

We barely give any reviews, only when the hotel and personal went above and beyond our expectations. All personal are very welcoming and placed a very positive deposition (very entertaining as well), The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the accommodation is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic. It is the best hotel we ever stayed at. Keep up the good work !!!!!

Spa facilities a great bonus to this hotel. Staff excellent & friendly. Room good but there was a smell of smoke drifting into our room most nights which wasn’t good. We would stay again.

It is a nice looking lovely hotel. However i would never have stayed here if i knew that the dance area was going to be a disco blasting music and the DJ unti 1:30 AM. If you are looking to sleep this is NOT the place to stay. I was told by the staff others had complained as well. I was many floors above it and it kept us awake. I was told the manager would conract me. I never heard from the manager. My advice stay elsewhere.

Room condition was ok, room a bit outdated.

Great hotel

Room was comfortable but a little lacking any soul. No kettle to make tea and fridge only 10 cm deep so unable to put own food and drink in it. Need a car or taxi to get central . You must book to have a sauna and steam . There are family hrs so kids playing in those times. We booked outside those hrs but they didn’t stop the children so those rules are pointless. Hey, it’s Italy!
