The room was spotless, staff was attentive, helpful and professional. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was beautifully arranged and everything was delicious. Thank you for making our first visit to Denmark a special one!

Quaint old hotel, exceptionally tight on space. Good, friendly service. Right on townsquare, nice for window shopping.

Godt hotel og rigtig god beliggenhed. Kunne godt bruge lidt mere garderobe plads og lidt blødere toiletpapir :-)

Good location, in town centre. If arriving after 6pm plenty of free parking. Hotel also has a car park. Friendly staff. Good breakfast

Good points: - Location right in the main square - Friendly service - Delicious breakfast - Charming decor The only trouble we had was a difficulty finding their parking area. I'd recommend emailing or calling them so that you have clear instructions when you arrive. Otherwise you'll miss it and start out in one of the 3 paid parking areas nearby. Theirs is paid as well but much, much cheaper and convenient if you can find it on the first try!

Right on the town square and a great strolling town with many shops and cafe. Jazz festival starts tomorrow.

The hotel was very iconic and in a great location in the center of town. It could use some improvements, especially in the bathroom...a mold stained shower curtain is so inexpensive and easy to replace that it indicates inattention by the staff. It would have been nice to have some storage so that we didn’t have to live out of a suitcase.

The hotel was tired and dated, a few health and safety issues like the small step/lip into the bathroom which was really hard to see until you actually tripped, both myself and partner tripped. Unless you slammed the door shut hard your door will open as it did several times. The chap on desk was helpful with directions and breakfast was good. Perfect location although as its on the main square it was noisy at night even with windows shut.

My dad really wanted to stay here. Its a really old hotel which is pretty neat (we saw a pic from 1860). But I don't think it was 4 stars. And it was almost $300 USD a night which I felt was overpriced. It wasn't any nicer than the hostel/hotel hybrid I stayed at in Copenhagen (Urban House). The big bummer is that they were tearing up the Torv which was one of the main reasons for staying there (I think they are putting underground parking). But Im sure once that construction is done that it will be a nice view of the Torv. The location is really good though.

Hotel Dania is in the Square of Silkeborg. The room we had overlooked the square and was quite comfortable. The service staff was very nice and all spoke English. The breakfast that came with the room was excellent but was only served for a short period of time (0930)and created some fuss in the dining area with some guest who arrived towards the end of the service.

Personalet venligt. Værelset rent. God seng. Fjernsynet fik vi aldrig til at fungere. Fin udsigt til torvet. Parkering lidt bøvlet.
