The room was very clean, bed comfortable, the staff very helpful. I was able to nab a parking space for $20/night. (renovations taking up any more.) near a fire station, but was only woken 1/4 nights. No coffee on site. (Erg). Microwave and fridge. Stream only TV( bring your passwords….)very handy to many attractions. Bare bones room. No artwork on walls. Table, chair and side table. AC. worked for my needs.

I would never stay at this hotel again. They didn’t clean your room. There was no tv that worked . You had to use your phone. The drawers were all broken. They fell out. I can’t believe we paid $145.00 a night. We couldn’t change hotels because we had already paid for 3 nights. This will never happen again. The neighbourhood was terrible. People were coming back and forth late at night being so noisy. The taxi driver even told us not to stay there

This was the absolutely worst hotel we have stayed in. Absolutely dirty, horrible bathroom, small rooms, drapes that didn't close, thin walls - lots of noise all night, door security chain and casing it screwed into broken, cheap sheets, bed blocking bathroom door, in room portable AC unit blocked access to the bed. I can go on, but you get the point. If we had not checked in so late, we would have walked out. The mini fridge worked. And the restaurant next door has good food and beer. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Air conditioning was loud

Le bain était emplis de cernes et de moisissures..la climatisation fonctionnait très mal du au filtre bourré… et rideaux manquants pour les puits de lumière alors il as fait jour à l’intérieur toutes la nuit à cause du lampadaire de rue… en plus aucune place de stationnement ont était à deux coins de rue avec nos bagages…

Night staff guy is amazing i always vidit because of him

Booked a room with AC through Expedia. When we got there they said there wasn’t AC but there was a fan. We brought this issue up and they just brought out a paper that said “non-refundable” circled on it. We got into a pretty big argument at the counter, before eventually just staying there for the night. Everything else in the city was booked so we had no choice. Extremely u helpful staff, rude, didn’t respond to efforts to negotiate something that made more sense. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Basic minimum

Clean comfortable and very friendly family runs a place wonderful Indian restaurant perhaps one of the best I’ve had even better than what I get in Mississauga or Toronto if you’re going out east or going back to Toronto Ontario, I recommend stopping here for accommodation and the best Indian food you’re going to get wonderful incredibly diligence staff with the food at such cheap prices that you can’t stop eating

A very easy checkin, a great location (with an amazing pub next door), quiet, and everything one needs for a place to stay while visiting or passing through. Basic accommodation but really, that's all you need! I would definitely stay again!

There was no room service, no towel replacement, and the shampoo and shower gel were never replenished during my stay. The hotel was also very noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep and causing me to wake up several times because of the noise. The room had no nightstands beside the bed, and overall it was only in acceptable condition. The furnishings and amenities felt quite old and outdated.

Room was adequate

Check in was good- they are strict with their 3 pm check in. You cannot check in early. The hotel itself is not kept up nicely. The tv in the room does not work, you have to screencast off your phone. Additionally, parking is tricky. You have to move your car every 2 hours until 4 pm. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars for a cleaner hotel, more amenities and a safer area.

Very helpful good room will go back

The hotel staff eere very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception after check out. The hotel was clean but a bit old. The location is not ideal, while it is in a safe area, getting to some attractions can be a long and tiring ealk if you are not renting a car or using public transportation. Overall, it offered good value for money and was a solid budget friendly option.
