We chose this hotel based on its location being very close to the airport rail link. The hotel is quite old and the room is rather small. It needs some renovation. We were just using it as a day room before our red-eye flight. Our room on the 14th floor was super noisy with the rail link just in front of the hotel. I don’t think we’ll be able to sleep if we have to stay the night.

The room price was good, and it was conveniently located. The room itself was very good for the price. The train noise wasn't too disruptive, but the air conditioner in my room was a bit noisy.

Very conveniently located - easy access by train straight from the airport.

The staff is quite friendly, when I arrive they almost always open the door to the lobby.

When checking in, they didn't provide any information or recommendations for services. I personally parked my car and didn't know about it, nor did I receive any information or instructions from the registration staff. When I took the car out to run errands, I was charged 100 baht (219 minutes) for scanning. GSA should provide this information at check-in. Customers expect to stay for free, but they don't know they need to get a stamp because they didn't receive the information.
