Lovely property. Lovely staff. We were the only non-German at the hotel and resort area - not an issue except it felt like little Germany and not Spain. Breakfast was great but no-one ever checked us off a list so we could have got it for free lol! Great air con in room. It was nice and noisy as it drowned out any people and door noises so we slept well as beds were great! Had to pay €4 per night for the safe!! Never done that in over 30 years travelling! Pool towels available from reception.. no deposit required. Great location right across from the beach and promenade. Easy access to 25 bus into town and a2 for airport. Lovely pool with lots of umbrellas and there’s even a bar and food options for lunch.

Very good service, nice staff and incredibly good breakfast (included in the stay).

Rooms were very clean and updated, bedroom walls were thin if you have noisy neighbours. Breakfast food was good with plenty of choice. We went off season so not much around.

A very nice hotel, in great location and very good breakfast !

2nd visit to Acapulco hotel, and looking to book another, as I had such a pleasant stay. Room was pleasant and the lighting was good. TV had several English channels as well as German Italian and Austrian. Food was excellent, with a great deal of choice. Entertainment was reasonable but not to travel for. Indoor pool quite small but warm, with a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, but don't forget that people don't bother with costumes when using the sauna etc here, it's quite accepted. Parking near the hotel is difficult, even in November, I don't think I'd try in high season. Bus (25) to Palma over the road takes max 30 minutes and costs 2 euro, some terminate by cathedral (Placa reina) or others go round the inner ring road (avenidas?) to Placa de espana. Airport bus stops very close too, but I think that is 5 euro.

From the time we arrived to the time we left the treatment we received was impecible.

Lovely stay with friendly staff. There were beautiful views and easy transport links into the centre of Palma.

The staff were lovely. The hotel was modern and the attention to small details was really appreciated. Quiet at night. Location brill. Definitely recommend!!

Second time staying at this hotel cant complain would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grupotel Acapulco the service/staff are excellent .. friendly, helpful & very profesional. We had a side facing room with partial sea view & lovely balcony The food was delicious with so much choice. We look forward to a return visit as soon as possible. The only negatives were .. the room was rather small for a superior grade room & the hotel don't supply quality bathroom products ( shampoo conditioner etc) But everything else was perfect for us.

Loved the location ,next to beach

The location of this property was fantastic - just a short walk in either direction to lots of restaurants and bars, and the beach directly opposite. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing. Our room was quite a small corner room right by the elevator, so we were woken up most mornings by noise from guests and the cleaners. Because our room was so small, our heads were right by the wall so this was quite disturbing for us. We would stay here again but would request a bigger room further away from the elevator.

Beautiful hotel!

We very much enjoyed our stay. the staff were all very helpful and friendly and couldn't be nicer. The breakfast buffet was amazing the options were above and beyond what I expected. The atmosphere was great. The room was small, but we were barley there and would rather be outside enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. I have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a good, standard 4 star hotel but it's a basic one. The Staff are very helpful and polite and the hotel is clean but I feel like some things a little old. The beds are very squeaky and move about if you roll over during the night. The marble floors in the hallway outside the bedrooms are so tacky that you can hear the squeaking of shoes from every single person that walks outside! And I'm a heavy sleeper! The Spa is not a Spa.They have no services, just an indoor pool/hot tub and Sauna. That was disappointing. All in all a decent hotel but just lacing that extra to compete with the bigger 4-star hotels

Excellent customer service, quality of the bedrooms is really good and breakfast served is varied.
