Stayed overnight, as we have family in Melbourne. Excellent and well established B&B, now under relatively new ownership but are working hard to make it a place where you would want to stay again. Easy parking on site or outside property. Room was great, very high standard of cleanliness, and comfortable bed. Lovely refreshment tray in the room with an above average and good selection of coffees, teas, biscuits etc. Continental breakfast was very good with lots to choose from, and the owner Chin, was very welcoming and a great host with a determination to make guests feel very much at home and well cared for! We will definitely return.

My family and I recently stayed at The Coach House Bed and Breakfast in Melbourne, Derby, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The building itself is beautiful and full of character, set in lovely surroundings that make the whole stay feel peaceful and special. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how charming and welcoming the place is. Our room was extremely comfortable, beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean. The level of cleanliness was truly impeccable, and you could tell that every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of. It immediately felt relaxing and homely. The hosts were perfect – warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. They clearly take great pride in what they do, and it really shows in every part of the experience. And then there’s the breakfast — a masterpiece. Absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to the day and easily one of the highlights of our stay. The Coach House is a truly special place and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne or the Derby area. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Loved the attention to detail, generous refreshments and toiletries in the room. Very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed. Host very welcoming.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Room, service and breakfast was excellent. Tea tray in the room was generously stocked with varying coffees, plenty of milk so you can enjoy more than one cup! Towels of excellent quality, better than any hotel we have stayed in! Nothing was too much trouble for Beverley. Would highly recommend!

Beverley is a wonderful host and runs this superb B&B. We arrived late but where still met with a nice smile. The room was nice and fully stacked. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and we had a great day at Donington Park. Thank you, Beverley!
