Clean but very outdated; minimal soundproofing and noisy A/C unit that couldn’t be adjusted (despite having controls). Was pleased with the microwave in the room as a plus!

Everything was fine , just the bed was very very hard. Difficult to sleep

This hotel is in need of significant maintenance and renovations. The building is old, and unfortunately, many aspects of our stay were disappointing. The room's safety latch was broken, and even the deadbolt didn't align properly with the door frame, so we couldn't lock the door securely. The door also dragged on the floor, making it difficult to open and move our luggage into the room. The exhaust fan was extremely noisy, the wall thermostat didn't work, and the air conditioning failed to keep the room cool. The beds advertised as two queen beds appeared much smaller, more like double beds. The breakfast area was uncomfortably hot, poorly ventilated, and lacked enough seating for guests. Considering the condition of the hotel, the room rate was far too expensive and did not reflect the quality offered. I've stayed at other Wyndham hotels before, and this property was nowhere near the standard I've come to expect. For sure, I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others. I booked two rooms for this stay, and given the numerous issues we experienced, I believe some form of compensation is warranted. I would appreciate receiving a credit or partial refund for what I paid.

Convenient location just off the highway. Lots of places to eat and a grocery store within walking distance. Also a great trail to see the chutes just behind the hotel.

Loved the kids pool. So handy to have when it’s been a long travel day. Rooms were poor. Doors barely shut, mold in the bathroom, the air conditioner sounded like a plane was taking off and would run on and off throughout the night waking us up everytime it kicked on. Staff was very friendly. Just rooms need some work.

The room was great and comfy with an incredible bathroom! The pool and spa had excessive chlorine so much so that my daughter's eyes were burning immediately and we had to leave. Unfortunate as the pool area was why we booked this space. The staff checking in were great but the day staff just sort of existed. Not a horrible place, we had a great sleep and a decent breakfast in a great location for our road trip stop.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The door to our room was coming off the hinge which made it very difficult to open and close. The security lock on the door was completely broken off and I was able to move the deadbolt side to side with finger while in the frame. The pool was a nice feature for the kids, they had lots of fun in it . The hot tub was very cloudy you couldn't see in it to tell if it was clean or not, tried it for 2 mins and decided it be best to not bother . Breakfast was included and that was very good lots of options even had a waffle maker, kids enjoyed that. Maybe we just fell on an off day . Good for what we needed it to be.

Bed was awful. I should have lied on the floor with a blanket. Breakfast wasn't bad Older building

The property is well located near hwy & restaurants but the room & bathroom are dated. Could definitely use a refresh/remodel. Furniture has signs of wear & tear. Morning breakfast was mediocre. I feel it’s overpriced for what you get. Towels were very thin, almost see through. Definitely need to replace the towels. Don’t think I would stay again. Staff were friendly.
