Chambre négligée, pas de piles dans la télécommande, baignoire partiellement bouchée, la porte ne se fermait pas convenablement. Je suis arrivé un soir, la porte était ouverte. Le système de chauffage faisait beaucoup de bruit au démarrage, suffisamment pour me réveiller plusieurs fois pendant la nuit.

The rooms were freezing, and if you turned in your heat the heater made so much noise you couldn’t sleep. We thought it was a problem with just our room, they gave us a different room to accommodate us… but it was worst. We did not sleep at all! It was like a helicopter landing. I have to give 2 stars because the staff was very nice. But if you’re there to sleep on a cold winters night… go somewhere else. There is a ok breakfast in the morning. It’s not just continental, they have eggs and sausages.

as there was a kids hockey team staying at the same hotel kids sounded like a herd of elephants running up and down the hallways doing some results multiple kids at 1 AM in the morning could not sleep and I needed to have a good night rest cause I had a long drive. I ahead of me. The kids were also eating and drinking in the pool, which I don’t feel is acceptable as my husband and I drive back-and-forth from New Brunswick to Ontario, we were going to make this a place to stop each time when we travel and after the stay, I don’t think we’ll ever be back, which is unfortunate because the location off the highway was great and the hotel itself was nice

Very clean hotel, excellent pricing, quiet and comfortable room. Welcoming lobby, good staff. The free breakfast is a basic continental breakfast. It does the job.

This is our second time staying at this hotel on our drive to Ontario. The price is great, rooms are clean and service is good. Would recommend.

Depuis dernière visite, 03-2025, les jets d'eau du SPA ne fonctionne pas, dinc pas de bulles ni de massage au dos. Le SPA contient plusieurs céramiques décollées, qui a causé de nombreuses zones qui coupe la peau, car le bords tranchants on ne voit pas. Hier on mis du chlore et chimiques sans aucun contrôle, à tel point que l’odeur forte nous faites pleurer, le nez et la gorge brûlé et sèche en respirant. On avisé l’admin. et ils n’ont rien fait. La porte de sortie d'urgence à la piscine a été bloquée plus de 24H avec la neige. Impossible de l'ouvrir en cas d’urgence. Le 3e jour de notre séjour elle avait été dégagé. Dans la toilette de la piscine, le couvercle de la cuvette est incomplet et la partie destinée à s’asseoir est cassée. Puis il arrive qu’avec le poids de notre corps quand on est assis, la fracture s’ouvre et les fesses restent coincés, piquées par la fracture, ça fait très mal. Dans cette même salle de bain, le thermostat de chauffage est totalement endommagé, rendant impossible d’avoir une température normale, stable ou visible. Réalité et nouvelles de dernièr minute : trois de mes enfants ont les jambes rouges, des éruptions rouges, une peau délicate et douloureuse, à cause de la brûlure que nous avons eu avec les produits chimiques du SPA, et mon pantalon de maillot de bain noir était délavé en gris et noir.
