The room was a bit old considering the price. There were some old stains in the bathroom, but the room and the view were nice and clean. The service was okay, but I felt some of the staff spoke in a harsh tone, which made a negative impression.

There is no one to help carry things. The staff is unhelpful, don't recommend any.

This is amazing hotel. I really like the service at SO Sofitel. When I arrive bell boy help me with my luggage and take me to level 9 for check in. Then receptionist approach me do check in, welcome drink really delicious. Everything in SO Sofitel really good. I'll back for next vacation.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even upgraded our room just so we would not need to check in and out again, because we had different booking for two nights. Definitely recommended!

The hotel was great, the glass beside the swimming pools should be cleaner to see the awesome sights.

The hotel is clean, easy to reach location, is provided with a shuttle tuk tuk (like bajaj) transfer to BTS sky train, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, free drinks in the refrigerator and various snacks. Breakfast is also steady.
