Glenwood Inn and Suites has become my favourite stay when I go to Trail. It’s clean, well kept and has the few things that I like when choosing a motel. Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are. One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites.

I found the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bathtub was stained really bad. I like to have baths but just had showers. I stayed there many times. This is the first time that there was old coffee spills on the table

To be fair I’m not one to say excellent on anything usually. It was good, all good. Hot tub was nice, staff nice. I didn’t ask for cleaning so don’t know how they do. They looked to be hard working

The room is clean, but the pool was very cold. We were there in February and it is an indoor pool, but it was too cold to swim. Super nice staff.

Killed a couple big bugs that looked like small cockroaches

Super clean, remarkably quiet, on the edge of town so convenient without being noisy.

Not a bad place. Kids hockey team was staying there at the same time and they were pretty quiet after 11 PM. It’s an older Motel. Nothing fancy.

The room was super clean and pleasant and comfortable. Staff were great to deal with. The Inn met all our requirements! When I booked, I didn’t see that a hair dryer was provided in the list of amenities, so I could leave mine at home. I ended up taking mine and found when I got there, there was a hair dryer, in case anyone else would like to know that. I mentioned this to the staff, that they might like to correct that in their listing.
