Second time staying. Love it!!!!

Nice welcoming from the staff and the breakfast that was included was great. Location was perfect for us. Close to every thing we wanted to see.

Close to walk to most things, clean, tidy, helpful staff, breakfast was good, but no hot food, busy area, good taste of Rome! Room was quiet enough and dark enough to sleep, old school lift, but very easy to use, and a big plus was the Taxi stand right outside!

Fabulous location and the hotel has charm and parking. Attached restaurant was delicious.

The room was clean, but noisy. The toilet didn't flush well, I had to press the button for 30 times to do a flush. I like to thank the front desk staffs who helped me to check in and check out, they were all polite and friendly. The room attendants were nice too. I appreciated that very much. The terrible experience was from the restaurant. On April 18 local time. When I walked in no one greeted me nor asked if I wanted any coffee. I observed when other guests came in, the staff greeted them and asked what kind of coffee they wanted. The local tour guides taught us to do things slowly so I was trying to do that, the breakfast was ok, I ate slowly and then tried to plan for my itinerary, I believed for a total of 1.5 hours or so, when I went for my last cup of tea and back to the table, they already cleaned the table, one of the staff, an older gentleman with grey hair and black frame eye glasses suddenly yelled and lashed out at me, "You are here for two hours, two hours" then he continued saying things in Italian and walked behind me to somewhere....he was probably scolding me in Italian. His coworker and even some guests could hear it, his rude behavior was totally unacceptable, the worst that I have ever encountered, what have I done to deserve that? If you are working in service sector, there is no room for prejudice, discrimination, nor rude manner toward any customers. Of course I did not go back to that restaurant anymore!!

Enjoyed our stay and close to all shops, restaurants. Perfect for walking and strolling through the market and piazzas. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel in a great central location, less than a minutes walk from the Piazza but inside the hotel was peaceful. The staff were friendly, the rooms really spacious and the breakfast was great. Also a bonus that the Air Conditioning was fully controllable. I would highly recommend and stay there again!

Fantastic location being just 1 minute away from Piazza Maggiore, excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of options, very friendly staff.

The breakfast was fresh and good, room cleaned everyday.

Room is good size. Beds were good. Breakfast was great. Bathroom is greatZ also where its located is perfect

Rooms had tea but no coffee, which I thought was weird and petty. I just didn't get it -- does a packet of instant coffee cost that much more than a tea bag? Also: the breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30 a.m., but most of the trays were empty by 10.

The room was very clean and functional. The breakfast was really good, and varied each day with added options. There were two separate rooms with many options, and free espresso and cappuccino as well! The restaurant is good for a quick bite with a nice discount. Every staff member was beyond helpful. They were able to coordinate a taxi to the airport for us, which made it so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect. Walk right out into the best of old town Bologna! I hope to come again with my family!

No hot water

Unfortunately the toilet was not flushing properly and despite our villainy nothing was really done. Dental kit and shaving kit not available for guests. Breakfast at the level of three star hotel
