The hotel is dilapidated. We arrived in our non-smoker room just to find it reeks of cigarettes with full ashtray outside the door. This same ashtray was still full when we were leaving 3 days later. No one cleaned the room during our stay. The water was leaking in the bathroom, the vent in the bathroom produced loudest screaching ever. I had to speak to the hostess on reception via Google translator, as she didnt speak english at all...

Free breakfast is advertised on the hotel sign of this hotel and on the website. After verification with staff we were told that they stopped serving free breakfast after COVID.

Great spot for the price. Its old and rustic. Dedinately need to put numbers on parking spots. Had ours taken majority of the time by neighboring units.

Keep in mind it’s an older building! The rooms were clean and beds were cozy! We were on the ground floor so able to park in front of our unit! Chairs are available to sit outside which we enjoyed! Within walking distance to our favourite restaurant!! Overall a great experience!

The room had a strong, overpowering smell of bleach and cleaning chemicals, which made it uncomfortable. The hotel itself has a dated 1990s style, and the walls bore holes from previous furniture installations. While the room itself was clean, the toilet was old and the chemical smell was unbearable. I chose this hotel because I needed an affordable place to stay for one night in Sherbrooke. I would not recommend this hotel except for a one-night stay in an emergency or for those seeking the lowest price. The property is outdated and in need of renovation, and the cleaning products used are excessively strong.

This place has a sign in the front that says they have a breakfeast but they don't and the wifi was not available for almost the whole time. The room was quiet and comfy, the staff helped us when we needed and quickly. There are a lot of parking spaces and there are a lot of person at night so you dont feel left out. It was an okay hotel just what you need even if you they dont provide plates, fork and everything
