- There was no English speaking staff available during our stay; we had to use Google Translate every day to interpret for us,
- When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that this was not possible; nor were the problems rectified.
- We couldn’t use our laptops because switch-plug was different while we came from a regular European country, the Netherlands; we had to buy a new socket.
- According to a staff at the bar, rooms were cleaned regularly between 7 and 10 AM, while we woke up at 9, and had breakfast at 9.30. Once our room was not cleaned, and ignored.
- Most importantly, my wife got sick on May 21st and there was no one at the reception to help us. We tried to call the phone, while the phone was ringing, there was no one available to pick up. We had to google and drive ourselves to a clinic nearby.
- There was no information in English available regarding breakfast and other facilities in the room!
Most importantly, no respond to my e-mail and complaint!
Never again!
