I only stayed for one night as part of my travel up to Altea - but it was lovely! The staff were very friendly (and gracious as I tried to stumble through a bit of Spanish) and the room was great for the night! The area is very cute too and within walking distance of so much.

Found a hair in my bed but I was only there for 1 nights and it was 2.30am I arrived so didn’t complain. The rest of the room was spotless.

Great location and spacious room. Walls are very thin and I was located beside a screaming baby for the duration of my stay. The rooftop was also closed with was unfortunate. Staff were very helpful and accommodating!

Lovely hotel in central Alicante so perfect location for exploring the city. Could be quite noisey at times both internal and external noise.

The room was very small but quite clean and we have no complaints except for one major one. The shower. There was not enough water pressure and on occasion it would go hot and cold. Also, the mechanism to switch from the handheld to the rain shower was almost impossible to work. It required using a washcloth and two hands and a lot of effort just to change it. One of the worst showers we’ve ever had in a hotel. For this reason alone, we would not be back.

Have stayed on a few occasions and rooms good size but this time room was too small for me . Is a wonderful place though for location and friendliness Love the roof terrace but was closed due to renovations

Great place and location, very friendly

The hotel was mordern, clean and my room was spacious with a nice view of the Basilica Santa Maria and some of the Castle. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area where you can walk to most places and good transport links. I would definitely stay there again
