The staff are very friendly and always helpful with a smile. There are quite a few elevators, so even with a large crowd, we didn't have to wait too long. The only downside is access, as many of the roads are under renovation, making it a bit difficult to walk with luggage. Overall, though, the experience was good and within our budget.
