The room was clean , staff extremely nice and welcoming and the location was absolutely great - easy to get to all the places i planned to visit.

Was here for a business trip so just needed a basic room, which this was. Happy with it and also the breakfast!

Lovely rooms and delicious breakfast!

This was our first time here, but not our first in Trollhättan. The hotel is older, but very well kept. The staff (especially the owner, Ulrika, who works there) are really terrific and helpful. Our room had older, beautiful furniture. Common areas had nice touches like fresh flowers from Ulrika's mother's garden. Breakfast was terrific! The home-baked bread was delicious, and there was a very good variety of foods to choose from. The only difficulties were that the bath/shower was difficult to step into for an older person and the lovely streetscape from the year before is torn up in many places while the city's water supply pipes are being replaced (after 80 years service). Those repairs we are told should be done by summer 2025. Otherwise, a lovely and friendly stay.

Hotel was exceptionally quiet. Has a balcony that compensates for lack of AC. Good breakfast. Only negative was a very small shower stall.

Really comfortable and friendly hotel. Afternoon coffee and cakes were an unexpected and very nice touch. We would most definitely return if staying in Trollhättan. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cheap and good option downtown Trollhättan

Good breakfast assortment, room was nice, staff was great However, entrance to free parking area in back of hotel is tight.

Very nice traditional hotel in the heart of Trollhatten. Lovely staff who make amazing cakes every day and also make a great breakfast. Quiet at night for a good nights sleep.

I had a really nice room, very central in the city. They were cleaning my room everyday and I always had my breakfast in the morning. The people working there are so nice too! Will definitely recommended it to anyone.

Cozy apartment feeling hotel with very nice beds. Slept like a rock! Good breakfast and they also serve swedish fika with cake and coffee in the afternoons. Recommend!

A very nice hotel, nothing fancy. However, clean and fesh and staff is very welcoming and super nice. Got upgraded for free.

Very coizy hotel on the walking street with parking in back yard. Staff is extremaly frendly. Rooms are basic, but nice. There is a living room where coffee/tea and sandwiches/cakes are served all evening. I visit Trollhattan 1-2 time year for business and have never considered another hotel!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, well located, the only thing is that it is an old hotel, so room accommodation are ok but not the latest fashion.

The hotel is in a good location but don’t rely on parking as the small courtyard soon fills if you’re not there early. Breakfast is typical continental and could be better.
