Clean room, beds moved a little too much though but everything was cleaned most days unless we requested not to and the staff were super friendly.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool has plenty of sunbeds and even a little hot tub. There is also a little shop were you buy drinks if needed. The bar drinks prices are very reasonable. And there was a free water fountain which saves you buying bottle after bottle. The food was much better than the usual hotel buffet. They had theme nights with tacos, a chocolate fountain and ice cream. Also close to a supermarket and a cafe if needed and a 10, 15 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre. If that's not your bag they also have entertainment every evening such as bingo or a singer. One improvement I would make is having a mini fridge in the rooms, but such a minor issue for such a nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were great. The building is older, but they’ve made it look nice. That said, it’s not a modern hotel. One downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a fan or a window for air circulation.

Perfect staff and the room was allways clean

The room itself was fine, however the door lock was faulty on several mornings. After leaving the room and checking the door, the door wouldn’t lock properly and could be opened from the outside. We had to call a technician multiple times throughout our stay and wait in the room, as we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our belongings unattended. This was inconvenient and concerning.

Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

It was great loved it - all staff were amazing! Only thing I would change is the fact there is no privacy between guests on the balcony which can make it Abit arkward when all outside but other than that it was great!

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel, this is for you. You get what you put for essentially. Hotel is clean but dated. Food is okay. Staff are friendly.
