The room was right by the beach, just a short walk away. There are many beach clubs on the other side of the beach. The room was generally good, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were lovely; they were very helpful in assisting us with storing our suitcases or renting motorbikes. One issue was that the mini-refrigerator in our room was a bit noisy, occasionally startling us while we slept. We hope the hotel will replace it with a different type of refrigerator.

Everything was fine, close to the beach, clean room, friendly staff. It's a shame I had to leave 1.5 days early due to personal reasons.

The room was old, dirty, the toilet door was broken, the toilet bowl was broken, the air conditioner wasn't working, it was just filthy. The only good thing was that the staff were enthusiastic and lovely.

Room 503: The toilet lid was broken. The bathroom door lock was intermittent. The sink drain was missing. The refrigerator wasn't cold; even on high, water still leaked onto the floor. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Room 604: The bathroom door was completely broken. The refrigerator was too weak. The air conditioner and other machines on the top floor were noisy all night, giving me a headache and preventing me from sleeping. I called the staff, but they ignored me and said they "didn't understand what they were saying." They were noisy day and night, even though I booked the room a week in advance and called to check, they still didn't fix or check anything. Reporting to the reception was pointless. Overall, the experience was terrible. I will never return and will never recommend it to friends.

I stayed for 7 days without seeing any room cleaning staff even though I informed the reception (I stayed for 1 week and they didn't clean my room once). I had to go down to the reception to get my towels, and drinking water had to be bought outside and wasn't provided like other hotels (this is a request from the hotel manager). I'm not satisfied.

After the vacation, in my opinion, the hotel is clean, the reception staff is friendly, the price is reasonable. Near the beach, very convenient for living and activities.

The hotel is not like the picture, old, out of place, not soundproof, noisy, not as good as a motel. Not worth the price.

Really disappointed with the reception service; even more disappointed with the room interior. Specifically: the living room has peeling wooden floors, the TV cannot be watched, the air conditioner is set to 18 degrees and cannot be adjusted up so it is quite cold at night; the room window is broken and unsafe, I had to use a personal chain to tie it up securely; the shower room has a leaky pipe that causes water to splash out, the bathroom area lacks a glass door so water overflows and the drainage system is not good; some of the equipment in the bathroom is too old and rusted - the sink area is very dirty; and when checking in, there are only bath towels but no face towels. I have recorded a video of all of the above. If I really want, I will send it to the customer service department of.

The room is in a good location but small and has poor soundproofing. The two rooms can clearly hear each other talking. My family stayed in a room with a sea view and could clearly hear the bar next door. In general, if you need quiet like me, if it's this noisy, it's a bit tiring due to insomnia.

The hygiene is not good, the air conditioner is noisy like a generator, the bathroom has a loud vacuum cleaner, the bathroom door is broken The room has 1 large bed with 2 small wedges put together to create a gap in the middle so you either sleep on one side of the bed or the other, the whole room has 1 plug, 2 people have to take turns charging, and it is far from the bed, the whole room does not have a mirror, only in the bathroom. The soundproofing is also bad. Very bad experience

Staff ok, room near the sea, but poor soundproofing, air conditioner on the 1st floor was not cool, I had to ask for a fan. Luckily the next day the staff changed me to a room on the 4th floor, nice view, cool and strong air conditioner

The staff here are very supportive, the rooms are cheap, near the beach, clean but no soundproofing, the doors are broken, not comfortable, overall ok

All was great. Will come back if given the chance.
