There was a strange smell in the apartment and although there were many rooms they were all tiny. Access to the apartment was a strange path of in and out of the building. The onsite parking was great and location made for easy walking to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay in Killarney and wish we could have stayed longer! The place was super clean, beds were comfy, we appreciated having the laundry in the suite and the gal at the front desk was lovely. Only downside was the hot water ran out very fast so the four of us couldn’t all shower in the morning. So much to do close by…Muckross House, Torc Waterfall, Ross Castle, shopping along High Street and great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!!

There were ants all over the floor when we arrived. The window in our bedroom broke and there was no working AC in the apt.

Loved staying here. The apartment had ever Our family of 4 needed. It was spacious and clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

The apartments are really close to the downtown area so easy to walk to shop and dine. The furnishings were pleasant and the staff was very helpful. One negative is that rooms with double bed have the bed against the wall so hard to get out from one side of the bed.

Fantastic place to stay, well situated and easy to find. The one problem was the washing machine was a little confusing to use but other then that this place was perfect.

Our apartment was great, parking on site was easy, need to check in first for card key to gain access to parking though. Laundry is on site but not convenient, wasn’t large enough for more than a few items and was a combo washer/dryer which was not easy to use and left our clothes damp. Staff was wonderful and hotel was very convenient for town shops and restaurants.

Good, kitchen, washer/dryer. Bad, bed, shower, no balcony, no dishwasher. Ugly, courtyard, cracked bathroom sink, cracked cereal bowls.

The location is just perfect for your stay in Killarney! The place is spacious, clean, and super comfortable. Plus, having a parking spot was a huge plus for our trip. I’d definitely recommend it!

Parking was easy (ensure you have a room key to access). Room was very nice, clean and quiet! Reception was exceptional! Extremely helpful, Pierta ( forgive the spelling) at reception was fabulous!

Parking was good. Apartment was clean but very, very basic. The furnishings didn't reflect those on the website. It was absolutely fine as a base and location was good but it would not have been comfortable to spend a good proportion of a day in.

We are a family of 4 who spent 3 nights at this facility. We were outdoors most of the day and only used it to sleep in the night. We also didn’t cook although the facility has a kitchen. The pros - perfect location and decent size for a family. A number of restaurants are in walkable distance. The cons - the wifi/ internet never worked. The parking was a bit weird and tight. Most of the spaces were filled up and extreme caution is required to park in the corner spots. Lastly, the beds were soft and we didn’t get much sleep.

Really nice apartment, and had everything my wife and I needed. The parking was free and easy to access. Loved that there are doors you can close for every room. I could watch tv without disturbing anyone else. No dishwasher, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. Large apartment so close to downtown Killarney. We just walked after we parked our car. The grocery store next to the apartment was a polish grocery store, so if you are a fan of polish delights, your in luck! If you want other groceries there is a tesco about a 6 minute walk from Park Place. There are pubs, great restaurants, and gift shops within a few blocks. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we end up in Killarney again.

The apartment was lovely and as expected. We did find a good number of ants in the kitchen crawling on the counter top. We were also not able to lock any of the exterior doors even though we were given keys for those doors.

Comfortable, clean, and SO spacious! Great location, walkable to many shops & restaurants. So handy to have parking too! Beds were comfortable, nice clean living spaces, & it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer! Check-in and out were smooth and easy! Would definitely stay here again- loved everything about Killarney!
