Clean room nice staff good location quite atmosphere all very very good

AC does not work well, and food quality in the bar is a bit lacking. Rooms were clean but make sure you can lift your luggage up the many flights of stairs, there are 5 stories to the hotel.

Wonderful stay above a great pub. Unique and cosy room interiors. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Clean and hygienic. Safe too. Great housekeeping service too. 7-8mins walk to the train station. Park nearby great for daily walks. Can be bit noisy at night due to vehicles. But all in all it was an amazing stay and we enjoyed the great pub downstairs.

Great location for Charing Cross hospital and Hammersmith station - easy walking distance. Beautifully decorated rooms, spotless, quiet, good blackout curtains. Well stocked mini bar, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Great bed, with a decent shower. Good area for travelling to Heathrow airport. Nice pub as well.

perfect little boutique stop in London. Generous room (by London standards). Easy to find and great location.

I especially enjoyed the bar / restaurant which served excellent food including a tasty full English breakfast. The other highlight was the friendly staff.

Nice and neat hotel with great staff! Location is very nice. It is important to note that they do not have an elevator, for guests that might need it.

Great place, we would definitely come back. Nice neighborhood and close to Hammersmith Tube station so you can easily get around town. Room was very large and we loved the eclectic, cozy furnishings. Very nice bath with a huge soaker tub. Nice, roomy pub on the first floor had really good food and a variety of seating options, whether to do work or to watch a football game.

First time in London. Easy access to public transport. Quite neighborhood(we were there on weekdays) nice pub and a few other nice pubs close by.

Stayed here on our last night in England to be in the city and also relatively close to Heathrow for a flight out this morning. Really enjoyed being in a place with character instead of a generic hotel right by the airport. The place has a lot of character and is thoughtfully decorated. Our room was small but well designed and clean. Staff was attentive and professional. We will stay here again on a future visit.
