The staff are enthusiastic and lovely. The space is both elegant and cozy, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and if I have the chance to return to Hanoi, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Very affordable and best staff, they are always helpful and suggest many places to visit. Worth it area to stay and walking around to find good places to shop, to eat, to have a coffee. Also a good area for Muslim-friendly. Will definitely come back if I visit Hanoi again in the future.

Great location, clean, complete amenities including a hair dryer, refrigerator, and safe. The AC is cool. The only downside is that the shower drain lid wobbles, opening and closing by itself, making a noise.
