The location is convenient, and the rooms are clean. Since I didn't choose breakfast, I can't comment on the food, but there are many delicious food options around the hotel that you can try without having to go far, which is a plus. The best thing I want to share is that the staff and receptionists are incredibly lovely, attentive, and dedicated. I've stayed in many hotels in the Old Quarter, and the higher the price, the more amenities you get, but this is the hotel I'd most like to return to if I ever come to Hanoi because it made me feel truly comfortable!

Excellent stay at Classy Boutique Hotel. The service was very excellent, all the hotel staff were super friendly and very tourist friendly. They were really helpful with everything. Location is super strategic, very close to the shopping centers, everything is within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, and worth the price. Highly recommended for stay!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the female staff member who was working on the evening of October 1, 2026. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. She was extremely kind and went out of her way to help us find a driver when we checked out. At the time, we were in a hurry and having a lot of difficulty finding a driver, but she patiently helped us until we finally found one. We really appreciate her kindness and assistance. She provided excellent service and made a stressful situation much easier for us. Thank you so much!

The hotel is located in the old town. The bedrooms are decent, but the bathrooms are very cramped, making it quite uncomfortable to sit while using the toilet. The staff are cheerful and friendly. The Wi-Fi is quite bad, with intermittent connections.
