It was a great experience, with very friendly service from Christina. She was very helpful, upgrading my room to a balcony. The room was new and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helped us find our way and arranged all the pick-up times very well. I would highly recommend it. It's close to many eateries in the Old Quarter and Circle K. It was great and fantastic. You must stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Hanoi. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. They even contacted us via WhatsApp one day before check-in to confirm our arrival details. Since we were visiting during the summer and the weather was very hot, they kindly turned on the air conditioning in our room before we arrived, which was a thoughtful gesture. There was a small issue with the air conditioning in the room we originally booked, but the team handled it professionally and quickly. They arranged for us to stay at another hotel under the same brand and also provided complimentary breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. As my wife is currently pregnant, the hotel generously upgraded us to a larger room, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. This level of care and hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. The staff also provided comprehensive recommendations for local food and places to visit around Hanoi, which helped us make the most of our trip. Overall, the service was outstanding, and we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Hanoi.
