This hotel is absolutely amazing, especially if you have kids. I stayed there around 15 years ago, before I had my own and thought it was awesome but having been back recently, it’s even better than I’d remembered. They seem to manage to keep the place looking pristine, despite all the kids who visit 😂. It’s modern, comfortable and very clean in all communal areas and the rooms are just as lovely. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed two nights as a family group of 8, across 3 rooms, for the Santa weekend from 12-14 December. We enjoyed two delicious breakfasts and the kids enjoyed the visit from The Grinch on Sunday morning. We ate in the bar on both evenings of our stay and I would say this is one area which could have been better, as the food wasn’t hot either night, it was luke warm at near. The entertainment on the Friday was better than the Saturday but the kids had a ball regardless. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool, although with small children, it could have been slightly warmer. All in all, we honestly had the best stay and can’t wait to return. Well done to all management and staff at the hotel, who really make it a fabulous place that people want to return to and we wish you all the most wonderful Christmas!

Bed was comfy. However room was very hot and limited to small windows opening only a few inches. It’s a very quiet place until later in the evening when the entertainment starts for the children. Staff were a little rude and short other than the bar staff and the breakfast staff. Been coming for a while and the place has been painted inside adding to a brighter feel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We got an upgrade. Close to town, beach, activities( boating lake, crazy golf etc) and places to visit. Lovely walk to Lytham, but it took about an hour, lots to see on the way.

We enjoyed our stay but was disappointed on the size of the room for a family of 4 and the bathroom facilities were dated and cold. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Location perfect.

Lovely stay as usual

Not a bad hotel, stayed last year and it was better. Food gone down hill slightly. Was a 9 or 10 now about a 7. Still ok but was little disappointed.

The hotel is in a good location near St Annes pier, the shops are a 5 minute away. Frequent buses to Blackpool, Lytham and Preston. It is clean, good facilities but is slightly tired in places however there are signs of updating about.

The Hotel & Staff were friendly & Nice. Unfortunately some of their clientel were not. I would not recommend this hotel if you hope for a nice quiet "after Christmas" visit to a lovely Town. The walls were paper thin in the rooms & you were even able to hear people sneeze. The lady on reception blamed it the fact that its an old building, old buildings have thick walls. The neighbours, to put it mildly were noisy & horrendous & on the second night 3 young girls were ejected. Consequently 2 sleepless nights & we left a day early. Way too many children for our liking but great for parents who let their children run wild. Not a place we will be visiting again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good food both from bar and excellent breakfast from restaurant. The kids play area, games room and pool were great for my 5 year old. The parking also made a great difference. Would recommend to others.

This hotel is a family favourite, 1st stayed here about 26 years ago, been many times with our 2 children ( now adults) and had 4 visits with our Granddaughter, up to now.

Lovely comfortable stay, hotel is in a good position for all amenities,comfortable room , Lovely breakfast, indoor pool was a little dated , but was lovely and warm ..will return.
