I got "upgraded" from a room with one king bed to a room with two queen beds - I was alone. The doors were filthy and the whole place reeked like it was never cleaned. I had to leave and did not stay a single night because it was so bad.

We reserved a king bed and they gave us 2 queens. When we got into the room the window was open, the screen/frame was broken and the hand crank didnt work to close the window. Had to pull it shut by hand and latch it. We checked in around 1030pm and when went to shower noticed that the tub didnt have a curtain or a plug. The drain was full of hair. When opened the fridge to put stuff in, there was dirty dish in the fridge. The next day they brought a curtain so that we could atleast shower without making a mess. Went to the breakfast at 830am and all that was there was cereal. No muffins no bread no yougart. On day 2 they atleast had bread. Really disappointed as i have stayed at this location prior with no issues

This was the worst hotel I have ever set foot in and I’m surprised they are legally allowed to be open. It was absolute filth. I haven’t seen anything like it. We walked in and seen how bad it was, requested a new room which was not really any better. We couldn’t stay we had to leave and unfortunately we couldn’t get a refund. No amount of money would have made me agree to sleep there. I am not a princess and have stayed in many 3 star hotels and resorts. This was just unacceptable. Spills on floor, food all over outside of microwave and fridge, toothpaste splatter all over mirror, food splatter on walls, awful awful smell. Please do yourself a favor and pass this place. They have zero standard.

The place is disgustingly run down there are drug addicts that hang out in the parking lot come to your door all hours of the night/morning begging for money there was piles of garbage in the stairwells had sat there for 3 days and still probably there the place should be condemned

We booked two rooms and my son and his partner didn't even stay the night. They drove home instead. There was a terrible smell in their room and my son's partner has asthma and didn't think they would be able to sleep. They also said their bathtub was dirty. There was a patch in our wall from a recent repair, the old screen door was missing the bottom window and screen, there were handles missing from the dresser. It was a very low quality hotel. We didn't even have the continental breakfast because the odor was so overwhelming and what was offered was very minimal. Would never book this hotel again.

Should be shut down. Mold on walls in bathroom...floors dirty..cobwebs on ceiling. In need of MAJOR renovation or better still, tear it down and rebuild.

Rundown property, bathroom sink had only hot water which also leaked. On-site restaurant was saving grace for our family. Liked the location.

The rooms are very dated, they do not resemble the photos. The office does not open until 7:00 a.m. and the Continental breakfast is not available until 7:30 a.m. so people that need to get on the road early, Good luck.

It was good and continental breakfast was not enough and need to be keep clean area.

The 6 days we stayed; There wasn't any room service period. Taps leaked in barhroom sink and used towel to collect water while using. Fridge did not work. Half of the dresser drawers were broken. etc.etc.etc. I would not stay again or recommend this property.

Well to say this hotel was terrible is giving it more than it's worth. Pool , should be closed. Cleaning staff should be retrained!!!!! We got to our room, on the table in the room there was sticky residue from juice and there was a large layer of dust on the lamp. The tv didn't work properly, at least the front desk person came to fix it. We went to look at pool, there was a large rust stain on the floor . The pool itself didn't have circulation so there was scum on the bottom of pool, and dirt from the ceiling as it was also leaking. The door handle in the room was falling off. They didn't check the room to see if we needed refreshed towels, or beds made or new coffee. The continental breakfast.... white toast, yogurt and 1 type of cereal. As a manager myself, I take great pride in my work and my staff . If I had this there would be a lot to fix. My opinion is if you had good service provided, and added in some extra food at the breakfast. Plus had your pool maintained properly you would have a lot more business. As it is right now, I'm not sure how you are still open.

Parking was free on site. Staff were friendly. Entire building including hotel room have an over powering smell of Indian food from the restaurant in the lobby.

Mould on the shower curtain. Dirty tub. Dirty walls. Coffee maker with no outlet to plug in. Needs work

This was not clean. The pool looked like a tetanus shot after a dip. The main areas were dirty. Doors were broken. TV did not work. AC was not great. Staff at front desk was high and stoned. Free breakfast was non existent. And the orange juice had what looked like maggots floating around in it. The gap on the room door was really bad. And we were left with some pre cummed on towels. I have never left a hotel so desperately craving a shower in my life. If I didn't need a shower before. I needed a shower after to wash this hotel off of me. I am shocked they didnt have bed bugs. It was disgusting. I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel again
