5 günlük tatilimiz boyunca otelden ve sunulan hizmetten genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tesisin havuzunun ve küçük de olsa su kaydıraklarının bulunması ayrıca Gümbet'e ve Bodrum merkeze olan yakınlığı bizim için en büyük artılardı. 07.30-10.30 saatleri arasında sunulan kahvaltının çeşitliliği gayet iyiydi. Odalarda havlu, şampuan ve duş jeli gibi temel ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu ancak terlik gibi diğer ürünlerin bulunmaması beklentimizin biraz altında kaldı. Kaldığımız odanın konumu nedeniyle bir miktar yol gürültüsü aldık tesisin daha sessiz yerlerinde odalar olduğunu önceden bilseydik tercihimizi o yönde yapabilirdik. Otelin hemen önünde bir halk plajı bulunuyor; burada şezlonglar ücretli olsa da şemsiyelerden ücretsiz yararlanabiliyorsunuz. Halk plajı olması sebebiyle beklentiyi çok yüksek tutmamakta fayda var ancak genel olarak sunduğu deneyim kesinlikle kötü değildi. Otopark konusunda ise hiçbir sorun yaşanmıyor. Otelin önündeki 5-6 araçlık açık otoparkın yanı sıra çevrede de aracınızı rahatça bırakabileceğiniz oldukça müsait alanlar mevcut. Yaz sezonunda Muğla sıcağı için klimalı oda zaten bir şart, odaların klimanın olması çok işimize yaradı ve bolca kullandık. Bu güzel deneyim için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

It's great for relaxing and unwinding. We had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning and it took two days to fix, which was bad. Other than that, everyone was kind and much better than we expected. In terms of price-performance ratio, it's the best value hotel I've ever stayed in; it's worth every penny.

Lovely family environment. Felt safe and secure. Room was really spacious. Pool, slides and bar all relaxed with an easy going attitude. No safe provided with room and this is a paid extra but easy to rectify. Breakfast was great with a huge selection and something for everyone. Economical and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Hello, This property is listed as a four-star hotel, yet it did not provide basic services such as reliable Wi-Fi. I honestly don’t understand how it qualifies for a four-star rating when essential amenities are missing. This was a major inconvenience during my stay. Thank you

The hotel was easy to reach, and there were convenient parking spaces nearby. However, when we first arrived, we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. Several guests were checking in at once, and the receptionist seemed quite overwhelmed. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but only one chair was provided for two people, which affected comfort. No slippers were available, and when we called the reception, we were told none were left, so we had to wear our shoes inside. There were also no personal care products besides shampoo, soap, and lotion. The beds were clean and cozy, but despite requesting room cleaning, only the bed was made—no sheets were changed. The hotel was generally quiet, but on Monday morning, construction work started right next to our room, waking us up early. Breakfast offered many options, but most were clearly aimed at tourists. Hot dishes were few and not very tasty, so we only ate there twice during our five-day stay. The pool was also not clean, with leaves and insects inside. There’s a path from the back to the beach, which is nice, but the sea wasn’t clean either. Carrying luggage at checkout was difficult due to many stairs and no alternative route. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel but with several issues that need improvement.

The room was nice and clean, staff helpful and kind. The only “ minus” was fact that wifi was not free of charge

Our room was very rough around the edges e.g. broken door frame. We were in a back building where cleaners and other members of staff were staying. Cleanliness was ok but not the best e.g. stained bed linen.
