Hi! We stayed at Marrakech Ryads Parc All Inclusive for four nights in June 2026, and had a nice stay. We were especially pleased with the good and varied food, large pool area, bright hotel room with plenty of space, nice reception area, lovely outdoor spaces, and very good service from the staff. What was disappointing were the maintenance issues, such as a clogged sink and drain in the bathroom, no lights in the hallways, plaster falling off the buildings, and a fridge that didn’t work. What we were most disappointed with was the SPA facility. The cleaning was very poor (cockroaches on the floor and in the pool, leaves from trees on the floor, lizards and bird droppings on the walls, leftovers from other guests using cups, etc.) and the hot tub didn’t work. You should choose another hotel if you want to use the SPA.

The main reception was spacious and clean however in the middle of June in 37 degree heat the air conditioning was never on. The dining hall which we paid all inclusive for also never had the air conditioning on, flies were a huge problem!. Not a huge variety in food, juice machine never worked and no fresh juice. The room was bright and spacious however the bathtub and toilet were old and stained and needed major updating. For a 4 star hotel no kettle or water bottles were provided. Bedding was also stained. The spa was nice massage was excellent however major communication issue for English speakers, Hamam is only accessible for those paying for a treatment same as the indoor pool. As I was waiting for my treatment a male maixtenance worker wondered in checking on the steam valves where women were not dressed. (Received a casual apology ) The staff were all lovely and polite.

The resort is lovely, friendly staff and clean. The entertainment staff try their best and are very friendly The only small issues is the food isnt great

The hotel lobby is superb! And it is the only thing which I can say good about this hotel. It itself is worn off. Serous reconstruction needed. Many tourists looking for getting free alcohol. Sport activities in poor condition. Poor all inclusive service. Just add some extra money for your stay and stay somewhere else at a higher price. This is just not worth it.

Friendly staff, rooms are clean. Facilities are a little tatty round the edges but didn't take away from the nice location.

Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool.

Not a lot to do here if it rains but the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was kept spotless as were the outside spaces. They would benefit from new towels in the rooms but overall a pleasant stay.

It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience.

Most unhelpful staff, the description of the resort on Expedia is exaggerated and not true. I wouldn’t recommend this resort, as there are many available which are far superior at this price.

Accommodation was spacious and clean. However, there was no functioning telephone line, no wi-fi and AC was not working. The staff were most unhelpful and most couldn't communicate in English. The al-a-carte restaurants and bars (as advertised) were permanently closed. There was only one dining option in the restaurant which was abysmal. The swimming pool was nice and the evening entertainment was of average quality. I wouldn’t recommend this resort as there are many available which are definitely superior, at this exaggerated price. Not going back.

Really good stay! All the staff work really hard! Abdel at the terrace bar was great. Area to improve, they kept running out of ice at the bars

Lovely hotel, enormous pool, plenty of room and sun beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous time!

Clean accomodation, excellent attentive staff, fun swimming pool, plenty of food choice and fabulous weather. What more could you ask for! Fantastic family holiday! Kids absolutely loved it!

On arrival the reception staff were not helpful, charged me 4 x the tourist tax I was expecting to pay. Reception is nice but that's it, the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, the sunbeds were the dirtiest I have ever come across. Restaurant food was cold, they put fresh food on top of the food already there and not much choice. I asked one day why the food was cold and the lady seemed confused that I asked and she made fresh fries for my daughter. The birds were wadding in the pool, tells me there was not much chlorine in there, round the pool edge was grim, just filthy. Would not recommend

This should be a great hotel for couples. The rooms have queen beds and the pooll and the staff are excellent. The rooms do not have jetted tubs as suggested on Expedia. However they are of a high quality. This property is let diwn by poor and repetitive food. A very poor liquor selection. With no international brands even at extra costs. The evening disco is alcohol free even though it has a better bar than the all inclusive one. Tapas bar not open at all during our stay. Not a hotel for food lovers unless you are vegetarian and addicted to aubergines. Ten different aubergine dishes on second night. Meat almost none existent and tagines which I love poorly cooked with poor quality fatty and grizzly meat. Fish dishes ok but dried out under lights. No lamb at all during our visit. This hotel needs to wake up, to the realities and demands of the modern day traveller.

The property grounds, especially the outdoor areas near the pool were beautiful with amazing views. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was pretty disappointing. It was not very clean, and the tub and sink would clog after 2-3 seconds of the water running, which made using the bathroom really unpleasant.
