Beautiful rooms and great location. Parking available and easy and all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Lovely place to stay, staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Food is great (both the restaurant and the hotel breakfast), location is amazing. Only negative was the road to get there which was completely blocked up due to cars parked on either side - not at all the fault of the hotel and nothing they could have done, it was a relief to get into the hotel car park! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

We couldn’t fault this hotel, our room and the food was lovely, staff were really friendly. Lovely range of teas/coffee/sweets in the room. Midway between Broadstairs and Margate a nice coastal walk to both. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful position and sea views are spectacular

Fantastic location, literally next to botany bay, 10mins walk to another beach and minutes drive away from Broadstairs itself and Margate. Lovely hotel, the family suite was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. We would definitely stay again. Only minus was the cleaning, it wasn't dirty per se, but spots missed.

The hotel was great, but nothing fancy. Small room with a TV, coffee machine and kettle was good but unfortunately no fridge. Restaurant and bar were lovely which is good as there’s not many other places of go/eat in the area. Dinner finishes early which we unfortunately missed. Breakfast has a great selection. 2 minute walk to the beach from the hotel was fantastic.

A lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms are lovely and clean. Service a little slow in the restaurant. Breakfast is good even though the eggs Benedict was Luke warm!

Arrived late, the bar was pleasantly lively, but as I had been driving I unfortunately did not end up going back for a drink as the food was finished serving, granted it was 9pm. Room was nice and clean, everything was there and nice touch with the biscuits and coffee pods, really liked it. Breakfast was fantastic, service was great too. Will definitely be returning.

Quality and value of breakfast was poor with no fresh fruit or cheese or cold meats at the buffet and very poor portions on the 1 choice we were allowed to make from the main menu.

A really great stay, start to finish. The breakfast and the daily menus were both comprehensive and the meals we had were extremely fresh, hot and tasty. Our room had all we needed and was clean, well stocked and was serviced each day. All the staff we came across were friendly and obliging. We had an enjoyable stay
