Centro Sicilia – Misterbianco (Catania area) We stopped here on our way to Taormina on the recommendation of our bus driver — and it turned out to be an excellent stop. Centro Sicilia is a large, modern shopping mall with a clean, airy design and a great variety of stores — from international favorites like Apple, Zara, Levi’s, and Hilfiger to popular Italian brands such as Kiko, Tezenis, and Piquadro. It’s spacious, bright, and easy to navigate, with wide corridors and plenty of seating. The food court offers lots of choices, from quick bites to coffee spots, making it perfect for a travel break. Ample free parking, good signage, and clean facilities add to the overall convenience. If you’re driving between Agrigento, Catania, or Taormina, this is an ideal place to pause, refresh, and pick up a few essentials. One of the best regional malls we’ve visited in Sicily: modern, comfortable, and worth the stop.

Centro Sicilia was the perfect pit stop immediately after landing at Catania (CTA). Being conveniently located right on the route, it offered everything a traveler needs before heading to their final accommodation. Practical Needs Met: We found the center to be modern, clean, and very spacious. Crucially, the public restrooms were well-maintained—a necessary first stop! We were able to stock up for our whole stay at the huge and well-organized Conad grocery store located inside. This store is a treasure trove for Local Guides looking for authentic Sicilian goods; we easily found excellent bottled water, drinks, and fantastic local products like high-quality pistachios. Shopping Highlights: For those looking for a quick shopping fix, the mall is large and has a great selection of international and Italian brands. My daughter especially enjoyed the nice Zara store and the very big Bershka, which both had large selections. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommended for travelers needing to break the journey, grab essentials, or just have a refreshing walk-around!

Here's one of the best place to visit and take your kids to for shopping. They had super great decorations for the Christmas. The place was so neat and beautiful. This place has a collection of different stores, ranging from boutique to restaurants, fast food, Mac Donald, Caffe, and name it. You can also play video games, it's so beautiful. But one has to be very careful, because of the covid cases and always have your mask on
