Awful. We stayed as part of a coach party, and so expected to be treated like second class citizens, but this place took it to a whole new level. The room had not been cleaned, was very scruffy and had previous occupants rubbish in the bathroom bin. The food was awful and the combinations bizarre. It seemed we were being fed with whatever tasteless processed junk they had left over. Serving melon for a main course and then bringing more for desert is not acceptable and we told them so. Hotel dei pini you need to up your game! I would never stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel dei Pini on our coaching holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The bed's were very comfortable and the breakfast and evening meal's were really good. We would definitely stay there again.

I have just stayed here for a week and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay . The hotel is superb, the rooms are adequate, great showers and bathroom. Staff are superb , very helpful and friendly. The food is plentiful and very enjoyable, I loved it all !! Situated in a lovely area , 15 minute walk to shops or bus ride and great links to trains.

We recently returned from this hotel and I'm afraid it wasn't a great experience. The rooms were OK but not very well cleaned. The staff were OK but not very helpful. The hotel is in Fiuggi town so convenient for shops, restaurants etc but it's a long way from any of the places people want to visit eg Rome, Pompeii and Sorrento. But the food was awful. Small portions, strange combinations and edible sometimes. I'm afraid I cannot recommend it at all.

I was on a coach trip with Leger. The pics shown of the food here was never served. Very minimal food. And expensive. However, the hotel staff were very cheerful and friendly. Helpful too. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The location was out of the way and roads not easy to negotiate for walking. I think the fault lay with Leger, top dollar price for basic accomodation.
