We were looking for a quick romantic weekend getaway... We had a remarkable time between massages, finnish sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool... We stayed in the President suite which was clean, spacious and cozy. We are looking forward to other great weekend ahead!

Parking was easy and the restaurant had a great menu for the new year party.

The staff were very courteous and the room was clean. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided at the property

Remote control of TV didn't work properly, we couldn't control the volume and had to stand up to change it all the time. Also there's no the option to control heating inside thr room. Was too hot and generator worked too loud. One of us couldn't sleep the whole night.

Room spotless. Nice pool & dinner. Wasn't t brave enough to step out into the snow to try out the sauna.

Very clean hotel and room, access to dry Sauna and several hot pools. Staff was really welcoming and available without pushing to much. Same good experience with the restaurant in the Hotel. Excellent service and food!😍

Although the staff was nice, the rest was not so good. We got there on Tuesday night, we declined room service as we stated we had only gotten there past 8:30pm therefore, we didn't need room service. And we never were offered room service before we left on Friday at 11:30am. We expected room service on Thursday, but by 4pm, we realized it was not going to happen. We had to ask for new towels, take our own trash out to a room in the lobby and we had to take our dirty towels there. We had two rooms and we had to do the same for both rooms. My daughter and hubby had to work remotely and the WIFI stopped working midday and was installe for the rest of our stay. And it was so cold at the hotel restaurant that we had to rush to eat so we did not catch a cold. Other guests were complaining. They were using space heaters but it was not enough. It is sad as it is a really nice place.

Clean room ,staff very kind, parking was easy , breakfast was good. Massage was excellent. Only 1 problem i was on 3th and no hot water to take a shower.

Staff was very courteous. The spa facility was great and so was the restaurant.

We stayed two nights and were very pleased with everything except that we could not control the room temperature as it seemed to be preset. No matter what we did, it kept it to one temperature. A bit too cool for just lounging but we had extra sweaters which made things better.

Nice place. Staff was friendly and nice. Presidents suite was big and clean. Maybe needs a bit of TLC but would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a one night stay. Kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Just what we were looking for, close to the restaurant we were going to.

Sympa et confortable Un up date déco est de mise Nourriture bien et portion généreuse table d’hôte excellente! mais un petit nettoyage de la salle verrière serait à faire bord de fenêtre Accumulation de saleté Chambre Spa et piscine propre Josée est extraordinaire comme Masso :) Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une escapade last minute :)
