El servicio de limpieza del cuarto y control de temperatura excelente. Silencio y tranquilidad razonable. El personal muy atento. No tengo quejas; localización céntrica; por tanto vuelvo en varios días.

First we stayed in the apartment. The roof top and elevator to the room were great additions. But it should be noted it is not in the same building as the hotel. It's a ten minute walk. 15 minutes or so carrying all our luggage. The location is great in the heart of Madrid. Very close to everything. Subway taxis or even bus are very close by at all hours. A couple issues. The apartment is a little dated and could use some repairs. Loose light switches and electrical outlets and there is not even enough sitting area for 4 guests. Some bar stools/chairs or something would have been appreciated in the living area. Full kitchen but again no place to really sit or eat except on the patio or roof outside. It was very cold when we went and the apartment has no heat. But my main issue was no wifi. Apparently they don't have it in the apartment or the hostel. Traveling with kids, this is a must in 2026. We were forced to buy local Sim cards which work sporadically. Some updates are needed and you absolutely must get internet.

Excellent location, breakfast was delicious with good variety, rooms are small but clean, walls are paper thin, so you could clearly hear everything. Staff is really nice specially at the breakfast.

Room was clean, staffs were very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast in the near tapas bar was also nice. The location is also very close to the Sol plaza, very safe and recommandable for travelers. And also recommandable for solo travelers as well!!

Don’t expect hot water

The breakfasts are provided at a restaurant around the corner from the hotel. The food is very good and tasty. They offer a choice of tostas in which I asked for the one with pork paté and carmelized onions. There is an AC unit in the room and I was very comfortable.

Location of this hotel is excellent - very many restaurants, shops, and the metro just a few blocks from the property. The triple room we stayed in was cleaned daily by housekeeping & the building seemed very clean overall. The front desk staff were incredibly nice. The description says the rooms are soundproof; however, one can hear noises from the hallway. There are high ceilings, and between the ceiling, the walls and the part of the floor not covered by carpet, sound carries throughout. I can confirm what others said about the shower water temp being inconsistent between hot and cold water. The hotel restaurant isn’t in the hotel, it’s a few shirt blocks away.

Good stay. Minisplit didnt work. Rooms were really ti y. Shower water went everywhere

Every time you have a shower the all bathroom bécame wet, specially toilet and toilet paper

Nice location, nice staffs, clean room

The bathroom with no doors!!! It gets wet and messy. Staff don’t clean your room everyday, unless you ask for it. Trash cans on the rooms would be nice.

Excellent service and great breakfast

The location of the hotel is good because is close to sol square, restaurants, metro, and walking distance to the attractions. The staff were very friendly; the breakfast was very good. However, vehicles cannot reach the hotel, because it is in a walking street and the bedrooms are very small.

Staff perfect and room was okay but big problem with noise from adjacent rooms which made sleeping very difficult. Noise was from showers, toilet and sometimes talking as we could clearly hear some conversations. This is a shame because location, staff and breakfast were all good

Room was basic but very clean. Bathroom was modern and functional. Quite expensive for what it is but very well located just 15 seconds off Puerta del Sol. Plenty of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep.Just a 5 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor and 15 - 25 mins from all the top sights.
