Our experience was pretty good…. Area was kinda shaky depending on which street we were on.

Good selection for breakfast. Lots of fruit.

The parking in the property is horrible with really tight drive in and parking spots. Extended parking was practically a trash can. There were homeless and junkies around the property constantly and often times felt unsafe sometime walking back to the property late in the night.

This was a great stay; very convenient location to the venue for the concert. Breakfast was so delicious, it was well organized in the breakfast room and there were a lot of options.

Overall, we would stay here again. Parking is accessible, the buffet breakfast in the morning was decent, coffee was actually good and the staff were nice. The only downside to our stay was the size of our bed. I booked a queen room and the bed we had was more like a double. The staff said that a lot of people complain about the size of the bed. I would book a king bed next time to ensure enough room for 2 people.

The property was reasonably maintained the lighting in the room was poor. The staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us.

The room layout and the staffing were superb, and the other amenities were done in a thoughtful way. As a first-time visitor, I found that the parking instructions for check-in were unclear and there should have been a curb cut for 2 more vehicles to accommodate check-in. I had to park on the street and walk 2 blocks in order to check-in.

Paring always seems to be an issue. You ciuld only get in the underground parking lot through the loot due to all the outside doors being locked to keep the homeless people out. In which I understand.

Location was ideal for my needs. Staff was great, place was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly excellent and exceeded all of my expectations. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a very tired hotel, the hallways had a very unpleasant odour. We did not have body wash in the shower and were told to come get it for ourselves, I would not recommend to others.

Location is steps away from Jackson Square, Art Gallery of Hamilton, and James St shops, cafes, restos and bars. A nice 15 min. walk from West Harbour Go.

This was our first time staying. My kids abd I had an amazing experiance, from the friendly front desk staff to the ladies in the dinning room. The food was absolutely amazing. Our suite was so much better than anticipated, and the bed and bedding were like sleeping with clouds. We can not wait to stay again when we are in the area

Very kind staff, yummy breakfast. Our room was weird in terms of layout and had only one window, despite being a suite, so that was a bit odd. But otherwise a great stay.
