Great hotel, would love to stay again next time

Great hotel

Great helpful staff. Lovely room and en suite. As a disabled person the room and bathroom facilities will ideal. Only thing I would change is install a higher toilet. Easier to get on and off for me anyway. Able to park every night. Great choice at breakfast, always hot and a pancake maker which I have never seen before at a hotel. Great idea especially for the kids and big kids alike. Will highly recommend the hotel and we will be staying again.

Lovely room! Bathroom was good - the toilet was a bit low but worked in favor of the kids. Shower pressure was good. Comfy beds and the sofa bed was comfy too! Absolutely loved that my birthday boy got a cheeky gift left by the staff in the room! It made him so happy and made the stay feel like it was all for him. Check in was fast and efficient. The young man on reception (Trainee) was so polite ans friendly. The parking there is ok! Tight spaces and 1 disabled spot that I could see. Priced at £15 per night but happy for that price in a secure parking location. The air con was a GODSEND! Very close to Legoland - so we got to stay late there! Breakfast was lovely. There was a slightly older lady in a rampage. She was so efficient. Helped me with my gluten free options. Overall will definitely be back! The only thing that got me - was you could sometimes hear the planes overheard but it just made me jealous as I am not able to fly at the moment. Haha.

Incredible location and very friendly staff. Very impressed with this place overall. Note they only have ~20 parking spaces, so parking may be limited if you arrive very late in the evening.

This was my favorite stay of three hotels in the London area. Alexandra at check in was outstanding, helpful, kind and got me an upgrade to a queen bed. The air conditioning worked! Hallelujah. The bed was firm and I loved it. The bathroom sparkled with cleanliness. It is convenient to Runnymede and Windsor proper. It’s about a 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants and the castle is within easy walking distance. I was only there overnight, but it won me over.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were professional and polite.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area about a 20 minute walk from Windsor Castle. The staff could not do enough for you and were extremely helpful. We had a few minor problems which were rectified within half an hour of reporting them and they left an apology note and some treats. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food, including toast, croissant's, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and the usual cooked items. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Windsor. The room and common areas were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect—close to Windsor Castle yet quiet at night. Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming at both check-in and check-out, which made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff was welcoming and polite. The hotel smelled amazing. Room was clean comfortable. Loved the food at the restaurant downstairs. Would stay there again.

Nice clean hotel near the castle and downtown. It’s easy to walk from the hotel to the castle, etc. They do not provide hair conditioner, wash clothes, or an use bucket/ ice machine for ice in the room.

This is an excellent hotel. Service from the front desk team was second to none. Room was clean and fresh, lovely reception area with some board games which we made lots of use of as a family and we were able to store our luggage. 100% recommend, a nice 10 minute walk into the centre of Windsor also. Excellent hotel.

I waited several hours before checking in due to my early arrival time. Staff made me feel welcome and made the wait very pleasant and comfortable!!

Great location, parking, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Perfect for our overnight stay in Windsor.
