The worst stay in hotel I had in maybe last 10 years. It's very loud (noise through walls) and the staff is incompetent to deal with problems. I requested a quiet room far away from noise. Where did they put me? In a room next to "Family room". How do I know this? Rooms have type names written on the doors. So some genius didn't think that in a family room there might be a child that will cause noise. And to my luck I had a child that was screaming and crying for hours at night. After first night I asked to be moved to different room and I was given multiple excuses and if I want to change room I have to adjust my plan for the day to come at certain hour to move. I didn't get solutions I got excuses and problems why they can't help me. 2nd night again constant screams and crying. Can't change the room because the hotel is fully booked. It's 1:30 at night and I can't sleep. Receptionist have excuses again "oh we usually don't accept children that are noisy" how is this an answer to my complain. How do they verify this. He can't do anything. I had to come up with a solution to move the mattress of the child so instead of it screaming right on the other side of the wall where I have my head to a far away part of the room. Maybe I can get at least 4h of sleep.

Ralf is the key player at the reception, while Ulrike is the masterchef in the kitchen. The breakfast which is a full meal with cooked food beside traditional mornings dishes. you can even grill your own vegetables! Go and convince yourself

I have booked two rooms for Tomorrow (Friday), but had to cancel both today due to a change in travelscheme. I had a very unpleasant person telling me that cancellation and compensation was not possible. I proposed to "open" the room again for another person, and to refund a part if another person would use the room. That was als not possible.

My wife and I needed an overnight stay for a family event. This was the only hotel we could find owing to the Skorpions farewell concert the same night! It was expensive because of that event. The room was spotless, well maintained, and comfortable. The fixtures were all of a good quality. The bed was comfortable, and the air con was very quiet. The breakfast the following morning was exceptional. A traditional German buffet breakfast with everything you could wish for, and in quantity. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive, although the robots in the dining room don't have a sense of humour.... The hotel was very busy Saturday/Sunday, but the staff were great, and we were not left feeling neglected. I would stay there again and would recommend it. The hotel is not on a main Ubahn line, but there are plenty of tram stops within reasonable walking distance.

The rooms are spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom could probably use an update. The rest of the room is worthy of their 4 stars. Service was excellent, superfriendly staff, very accommodating. After a long drive with kids, I couldn't ask for a nicer and more understanding reception. Better than any 5 star hotel staff I have encountered. They always react very quickly when you arrive at reception. Sauna was very tidy and enjoyable after a long day. Special thank you for the reception for allowing me a bit of extra quality time at the sauna! ❤ F&b: breakfast is amazing, lots of variety. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner on Friday evening, which was a bit odd.
