Our room was great,…… clean, warm and refreshing. The bed was comfy; so white and inviting to us traveling in at 1:00 am. The shower needs to be fixed. No matter how tightly we closed the door, still there was water on the floor. Fortunately there was a floor drain. Everything was clean and bright inside; the appearance from the street was not quite as nice. The breakfast was lovely although we were the last guests. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and sufficiently fluent in English for us to communicate, even though we know no Romanian (sorry)

The property is in a good location, not that much attention to detail which I expected from a boutique hotel. Breakfast was tasty and the staff member responsible for it was available and accommodating, many thanks.

I used the hotel for the past 5 years , first time I did not feel comfortable because the room had smell was coming from the toilet and could not sleep all night .

I stayed in this hotel many times. Normally I am satisfied with the staffs and everything so I just keep coming back to this hotel, when I visit Iasi. But this time, the satisfaction was lower. 1. Nobody cleaned the room --- even though I kindly made sure to "the hotel staff A" that I was leaving the room at noon, so that the cleaning staff knows until when I am staying. 2. Since I realized nobody cleaned the room, at night, I asked the hotel staff that I need at least new towels. Then the hotel staff said "you already have towels for 3 days" or something like this. Then I explained her again the room was not cleaned and it seemed like she could not believe it. After this, she decided to take towels from another room and gave me and said "cu placere". She could've said sorry it was not cleaned or something like this. 2. When I told the hotel staff that I was leaving the room around noon, he said "ok", but with the strange face as if he wanted to say why I am telling this to him. 3. I assume because of the romanian holiday season,

The hotel is very clean and cosy, the staff were nice, roomy shower. The $6 paid for the breakfast was totally worth it, the buffet was generous and quite diverse.

The hotel itself is very basic and this is reflected in the price. It was quite comfortable and matched what I expected. New - clean, good bed. The only really negative thing I have to say is the shower. It's more like a handheld that although it mounts on the wall, the spray is above your head. The pressure is limited and not very hot. Even at this price, I would expect a decent shower. Would I stay there again - maybe - but I would probably look for other possibilities. The area has lots around it - it's studenty/ grungy - but I found everything I needed. About 20mins to the airport - around 20 RON(4-5EUR).

În the first night we received a small room at floor level.No view, no balcony ,no breakfast as was mentioned in my voucher. But in hotel's voucher was mentioned:no brake fast! Cheap trick from Hotel.com.Finaly they change the room for the following nights and offer breakfast.
