The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The food was amazing as well. A must stay for sure.

The breakfast was exceptional. The best breakfast ever. It is even better than the all inclusive 5 star restaurant in Mexico or Cruise breakfast. There are a lot of choices. I really enjoyed it!

Clean and spacious rooms. Quite comfortable. Very beautiful views from the room. The lobby was in incredibly nice. Breakfast was amazing! Very affordable!

A wonderful resort with fabulous amenities. I did not like how the bottom sheet on the beds was not secured and became tangled overnight. Everything else was perfection.

Room dirty, mole in the bathroom, towels dirty, blankets dirty and smelly and faucet falling down, the worst hotel I’ve ever been the staff didn’t even have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience. Hotel.com didn’t do anything about it.

Very clean hotel but the staff are rude and ignore you when you ask them questions. Some were helpful but the majority just ignore you. You can’t use the hot tubs unless you have a reservation but the reservations were all taken for our entire stay. The hot tubs were empty every time we walked by them though…. They asked us for our pool towel tickets even thought the pool staff kept them so they said we had to go to our rooms and get the towels for them before we could check out. This hotel has a lot of weird rules that make no sense. You also can’t leave the property without showing security you paid for everything. They also have signs saying you can’t bring in any outside food or drinks….. dinner buffet was decent at least.

We loved staying here, our only regret was not being able to stay longer! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and modern. The breakfast and the buffet dinner we tried were amazing - a lot better than other places we had been. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and picturesque definitely recommend staying here !

The breakfast was fantastic. The pool area was great to relax Good location for Iguazú Falls & bird park The big shopping centre is across the road but didn’t visit!

Staff uninterested Very noisy rooms from other guests. Lots of room to room noise transmission. Loud music outside provided by the hotel that kept guests who often have early activities at Iguasu awake.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst we visited the Iguazu falls. The breakfast buffet was lovely as was the evening dinner buffet. Very reasonably priced. There is a bar on the pool level and another on the first floor, which has a nice terrace. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Excellent hotel to stay. Super close to the airport and the falls. Be prepared to eat at property because there are no restaurants around. But the restaurant in the hotel has excellent breakfast and dinner. The pool area is also nice. Overall we enjoyed the time we spent here.

Terrible dingy and extremely crammed room. There was hardly any space for us to walk around in the room. This is supposedly a comfort room!

Amazing place! Highly recommended!

Instead of a 5 star resort, the room itself feels like a motel, very basic furnitures, cheap bedding, limited bathroom toiletries. Biggest issue, the hotel restaurants are not satisfying and no other options around the location. We have to get dinners in town which is about 30 min drive away.
