Property was immaculate, parking ample.B ed and towelling very clean and tea/coffee provided in room-only downsides was small tv and not much coverage of channels, maybe needs aerial,otherwise very pleasant and Marianne a great friendly host 😀

A compact room which could have been more helpful for personal items if large faux floral displays were taken out. Plug did not fit sink so could not fill it and bath is a jacuzzi jet bath not a hot tub/ spa as advertised. Bed comfy, clean sheets/ towels. Jacuzzi bath was nice, good WiFI and tv reception.

A lovely little stay over. A small bedroom with en-suite bathroom which suited our needs perfectly. Marion was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend for short stays and would stay there again

Despite paying in advance for our room, on arrival we were advised that the booking had been cancelled. Very vague explanation from the owner. We had not been notified about cancellation and had actually been emailed by the property 2 days before to query if we were still coming (yes) and to complete an online check in form. Hotels.com had no knowledge of the cancellation either. Not impressed with behaviour of manager at the property.

We enjoyed our stay for one night. We would come back again.

Felt like living in the woods, down a lovely leafy lane, once in the room it was so relaxing it felt like a chore to go out , very QUAINT,

We would highly recommend this as it is quiet and out of the way but not too far (10-15mins walk) from town itself, Marion was very welcoming and accommodating, especially as we brought our dog with us which was gifted a treat on arrival. The accommodation itself was lovely and up to a high standard, will definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

No hot tub just a bath very small bathroom, noisy throughout the night would, nt go again, also couldnt get wifi connection

The owner, Marion, was so lovely and welcoming, and her two dogs were a delight to be around. So energetic and friendly! It was decorated very nicely, and felt like home. Would definitely book again next time I come to Tenby.

We booked this properly last minute. Lovely room and Marion was lovely.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Beautiful old world rooms. Good price.

Arrived early, met by owner marion who was lovely and welcoming as soon as she knew our names kept on remembering. Room was large and clean with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on.Accomodation has a rustic look but very quaint.Only stayed for one night but would have no hesitation in staying again when we visit tenby.Free parking only a 10 min walk to the town or £5 by taxi.

We arrived and were asked to wait while the property owner went to vets but they didn’t come back for 50 minutes. We went to bed early as we’d been up since 4am yet when trying to go to sleep owners dogs would not stop barking. I don’t normally do reviews but this property could be so much better

Instructions for the room were for some reason provided verbally by the property owner, with no backup printout in the room. WiFi did not really work. More space between the bath and the toilet would have been useful. Our original booked room had apparently been given to someone else, provided a long and confusing explanation about this and then had to wait at the front door for new room to be sourced.
