Felt that although the property represented good overall value that it lets itself down with a few elements. Firstly, ants were everywhere. Better fumigation needed and grout needs to be applied to open holes were ants come into the apartment from. There were literally 50+ some nights in the bathrooms Secondly, the check in was poor..we were stuck outside the property for 20 minutes as noone was in reception. Finally, didn't sleep well. Bed was rock hard not enough pillows

Very dirty floors ( looks like never been cleaned) or feets was black even with socks on after day 1, also lots of dog hairs and some dirtiness on walls, not happy as we was with an infant. Blocked kitchen sink ( repaired after we reported it). But bedding was changed and clean,beds comfy overall. Room attendant was rude. Receptionists friendly.Never used an Aircon as not needed ( time of season) Family friendly. Cleanliness very very poor.

We arrived at 4:30pm to everything locked and closed we were unable to get into the apartment block and rang the number on the closed gate and nobody answered we tried several times. Eventually we had to find alternative accommodation all this after a 6 hour drive

Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard.

There was no communication regarding check in. We attempted to contact the Property but never got a response. Fortunately we went to the hotel of the same chain and they told us how to do the check in. Checkin is scheduled as of 4pm but the staff leaves at 5pm- it makes no sense. They required the stay to be paid in cash with no previous notice of this requirement. so we had to find an atm in order to be able to get our room. At check out you are Required to clean the kitchen and take your garbage out to the street even tho it includes a cleaning service. I would not go back.

Good location, nice place. Only I don't like leaving without them checking the room first as it's a 200euro deposit... I guess I will have to wait 2 weeks to see if I get it returned

Excellemt

The appartment itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed in term of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Air con worked well. Gardens and pool areas were well maintained. It was quite a hilly walk from the main road to the appartment block (ours wasn't the highest), but not too far. We were able to walk to the beach and to Port Adventura so the hotel was well situated.

Location was good

The room was fine, beds were comfortable but it was very basic and bare. The room was actually in a residential block not a normal hotel. Reception closed at 5pm and we arrived later than this so had no way of getting in. We ended up having g to walk across town (family of 5 with our bags) to another of their hotels to find out how to get our key etc. to then have to walk back again.

The place is okay, but the sofa is very uncomfortable even for one day. The pools are too small for the amount of apartments and the people there was very noisy and rude. But the worst part was that we forgot some clothes in the washing machine and the stuff robbed us! We realised just an hour after we left that we forgot the clothes and called them to please check this and put everything on a bag to pick it up, and they took 2 days to get back to us, actually they didn’t even call back! we had too call every day and they didn’t answer the phone until 2 days after we left, just to said that “they haven’t find anything in the apartment” .. this is so bad, we’re paying for it, to stay there, for a good service and we get robbed? Of course we don’t recommend this place and we won’t be staying there never again. It’s so sad that they didn’t even offer us an apology!!!! Shame on them.
