The hotel itself was in a great location, right next to a mixture of food outlets. The rooms were spacious and the beds quite comfortable however the level of grime and uncleanliness was disappointing. It was more than just a bad clean that day, it was ingrained dirt, mould, build up and a complete lack of basic hygiene.

Stayed the night on route to Birmingham airport. Ideal location just off the motorway. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice. Full English and continental available. Free parking is great.

For a Ramada expected better, dirty room, shower blocked with hair. Sink blocked, bathroom not clean... not a good experience.

Nothing spectacular but for the price does the job

Good location at Cobham Services, very polite staff, the condition of the room and bathroom quite poor, however the hotel/laundry etc was clean.

Perfect for an overnight stay.

Room was fine, pity about the fire alarm being set off at 11pm approximately caused by selfish people smoking in their rooms

Stay here quite a lot and everything is always clean tidy and the staff great

Parking was convenient and easy to register But maybe it will be better if you’re able to type in the license plate to prevent errors. We did not have breakfast

Very impressed, big room, good size for family of four. Clean and comfy beds. Everything there we needed. Much better then a premier inn!!

Clean, comfy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay not far from London and surrounding attractions. Check in was easy and it's nice and quiet. Was grateful for the kettle and supplies in the room. Only thing is the TV should have a pull out bracket as the angle was a bit strange for the bed.
