Amazing staff all around, provded amenities were adequate, stay was co fortabke and convenient All staff has been courteous and friendly they exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely use LALCO RESIDENCYfor our future stay and meetings.

All amenities provided in the property was adequate, the HIghlights of the stay was wonderful staff members and check in Staff and Receptionists, they were amazing and very helpfu. Entire staff members were friendly and courteous, made of stay very comfortable and warm. We will definitely chose the property for our next stay..

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms with en-suite, kitchen and living area. Room was a little dated. Breakfast was limited and not great and little atmosphere. Pool was a good size but was 5 minute walk away in another building with broken deck chairs and not used much. Over ok and value for money.

Houskeeper need improvement. Staff is very courtius. Room was okay. Bathrooms was very smelled. Towel was like very old and black and smelly.

It is an old apartment that needs renovation. Living room furniture had all kinds of stains on it. It takes courage to sit on that! Bathroom had no soap. Dispensers did not indicate what was inside. Flush was leaking. Old pillows! No hangars in cupboard. Shower was a needle spray! Will never go back!

Property was perfect for having everything i needed at a reasonable price and safe. A little run down but clean and tidy. My only two issues I had was the showers hot water runs out extremely fast and there are some gaps around windows that mosquitos can get through, i got 10 bites in the 1st 2 days and had to be completely covered to prevent them plus continuous spaying the whole apartment with mosquito killer.

Perfect for our 3 day trip to mumbai from the uk, very spacious room with everything we needed, easy access to taxis via uber never waited longer than 4mins, close to airport and other great places to visit, local park around back which was nice to see the locals playing crickets etc. Pool was clean and easy to arrange access, felt secure and safe in the building, would definatly come back again

As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after telling us they had it upon checking in. Overall it wasn't a great stay.. but the staff were nice :)

The 3-bedroom was very nice and spacious. The layout worked well with our family of 4 (w/2 kids). We loved the breakfast choices and there the staff was very attentive to ones needs. The negative notes; one of our kids got a lot of insect bites in her room (could not identify the insect). This is what made us to lower the less than excellent rating. Another not-so-Nice area (in our opinion) is the “gym-area.” However, walking around the complex (as an exercise) is a rather pleasant experience.

Stay was comfortable. One of the restrooms did not have hot water.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms and nice to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel. Added benefit is reception, security and small, but sufficient breakfast/dinning room. Does have a gym and swimming pool, although not clear that gym is closed for several months for refurb.

The apartment was large, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. Meals ordered from the menu were also delicious! Only two negatives: 1) there was no hair dryer in the bathroom and 2) 2 of the 3 drivers we had did not speak English well and did not know where they were going. We wasted a lot of time with them driving around trying to find the places we wanted to go, even when we had someone on the phone telling them exactly how to get there. The only good driver we had was Krishna ~ he spoke English, knew where he was going, and was super helpful in every way!

I used to stay in this property.. The apartments are well appointed and have a homely feeling ... but the kitchen amenities including bread toaster and other kitchen utensil are not in good condition it has to be replaced. Otherwise the stay was pleasant ..
