Horrível. The hotel's location is excellent, but the service and accommodations are horrible. The air conditioning and the minibar do not work.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any good experience about staying at this place. I arrived a day later it was early in the morning, I was super tired due to my flight delays. When I arrive at the property, this weirdo guy who works night shift. He’s not helpful at all. He shouldn’t be employed in a hospitality business!! I understand that he doesn’t speak English, but his action as a human being should be nice! My recommendation is for you all don’t waste your time and money staying at this place!

I loved the breakfast, the cozy room, the staff super polite and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The only positive point in this hotel is the location. Rooms are old, lot of mold. No cups or glasses in the room No iron. They have 1 steamer for 200 apartments

The pizzeria is amazing. The rooms are way tiny. The photos made it seem like there was some space.

It's pretty decent. Uppon paying a small fee, you get a nice variety of things for breakfast, it's close to malls and downtown, there's a taxi company right outside of the hotel but uber works great too. The problem is and when there's a party going on in the neighborhood, then you may have a hard time falling asleep because you can hear everything. I guess they need to buy soundproof windows. Wifi works, the bed is comfortable but the room size is pretty small.

I called the reception a couple times asking for a blanket, and when they finally answered the told me to come to the reception to grab it there. I didn’t like it. I think they could have extra blanket in the room. Also there was no extra towels in the room.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff and great service.

We used this hotel as a stop over before a early flight after amazon. We did not leave hotel so can not comment on area however hotel was perfect for the cost. Clean rooms and lovely staff. Would definatley recommend this hotel to stay.

Well the pic online show pool at the hotel but when we got there the hotel not have pool very disappointed was so hot

These rooms are some of the smallest I have seen, no dresser or space to put luggage, barely 12 inches between beds. Very very clean. Shower door opens maybe 16 inches. Night and weekend staff speak little English or Spanish, I had to resort to google translate. You only get 1 towel per person. The attached restaurant had really good food, there's a nice cafe on ground floor. Weekday staff very helpful, spoke some English. Decent internet and no issues with water pressure. Area seems safe

Quarto limpo, hotel tem restaurante muito bom, os funcionários são nota 10. Já no último dia/noite, o sistema do ar condicionado do hotel falhou e todos os hóspedes foram afetados. Foi uma noite terrível!

Não conseguimos dormir por 2 noites seguidas devido a intenso som de uma banda em um bar na esquina. As janelas não são acústicas e os funcionários do hotel disseram que nada poderiam fazer.

Bom ambiente com o f7ncionmento do ar

Pela comodidade de estar perto de tudo. Mas o hotel é antigo e não está tão conservado assim.
