The apartment was spacious and clean and conveniently located. The cleaning staff was very polite and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book an Aspasios apartment again.

The apartment was adequate and comfortable. We were there on a cold night and there was only one extra blanket for three beds, so two of us slept in our winter clothing, which wasn’t very comfortable. We seem to have been double charged for the room, so we will have to try to get our money back. We paid for it through the Expedia app, and then the apartment charged us the full amount for the room plus the local tax, rather than just the tax. We are hoping that we can get that money returned.

Great location and decor! Well equipped unit! Dry took ages so don’t use if you’re there for one night. Very noisy to sleep at night even with all windows closed. Wish they had luggage storage on site.

Only thing I noted was the kitchen board near fridge broken and kept fall out and some bugs under there

I dont like that when u get out of the apt there is the big garbage that smells infront of you. I like that location is very close to everything.

The apartment was nice. Response from the manager company was a little slow and the general area was very loud. People were out partying until 6 AM.

Loved our stay and the apartment was right off La Rambla so central and easy walking to many main sites and great restaurants.

The property was modern, clean and located perfectly. The only downside was the outside noise at night from the busy road. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Every time I needed assistance, I had it via front check in area or through WhatsApp. The area is great. Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. Boat rides and weekend vintage markets. Walkable. Livable. Amazing. I never felt safer and like a local. People were kind everywhere and appreciated when you spoke to them in Spanish. I love this property and this city.

Location was near areas we wanted to walk and apartment was clean but the area is near night clubs and you hear people coming back from the bars in the middle of the night.

The apartment at Aspasios Las Ramblas was beautiful and clean with many modern amenities. The location was great - close to lots of restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Loved having an apartment space in Spain. Having a balcony was really nice and a washing machine. Unfortunately, there was no dryer but we hang dried our clothes in the apartment and it was fine. Pro was contact-less check in and check out. Con was we were unable to do an early check in and had to drop out luggage off at another Aspasios hotel site (3 train stops away). Another con was that they would come into our apartment without notice, to either clean the apartment or work on things that needed to be fixed. I wouldn't have minded if we got a notification that they would be coming. There were also no extra pillows or blankets or towels. Just 2 pillows/bed and 2 throw pillows, 1 blanket for the bed and just enough towels for 2 people.

My family and I just spent 4 nights in the apartment. The check in experience wasn't smooth, though the service person was very polite and explained all I've asked. The wifi was really really bad - I couldn't even complete my flight check in using my laptop. We complained about it and someone came to check but it didn't really help. On the last night, we finally heard water droppoing in one of the bath rooms - it came from the aprtment above. It was late and we had to call the emergency line. They did answered but since it was late and water stoppped, there was nothing to do. The location of the partment is perfect (though you hear noise from the street). but we were disappointed because of the issue with the wifi and the water
