Toiletries need improvement. There was no dental and shaving kit, no hairdryer. In fact, the AC was making noise. The same thing was reported at reception, but there was no support for it. The AC was not sufficient for the said temperature as there was just a split AC. No provision of a fan. All in all, these were not the standard of Regenta. I had experience of stays at hilly properties of Regenta which are far better than this.
